Room was spacious. The city view was nice, our room could fit 4 adults. Sofa bed was not very comfortable but the double beds were good. Love the walk in closet which we could settle all our luggages in. All the main attractions are walking distance. The hotel locates in the low emission zone, front desk staff helped to register our rental car (€7). They have a parking garage affiliated with them but it’s 500m away. We took the risk and parked at the meter since it were only there for one night.

I stayed one night in a single and I was impressed! The hotel has old fashioned features mixed with modern convenience- a trouser press! I had slippers, stationary, a dental kit, and free snacks and drinks in the refrigerator. It was very clean, comfortable. I hesitated in staying in a single bed but couldn’t rationalize paying double for a double and I am glad I did. The single is larger than a standard and was very comfortable. The location is amazing- steps away from the Duomo. The breakfast is good. I would gladly stay here again

Love the interior design of the hotel and room, the scent of great too. Especially hygiene is on point. Everything in the hotel is perfect for our stay in Milan! Staffs are very proactive and friendly, cheers to all staff memebers.

Because the room booked by Roland & Chateau, the hotel is relatively new and the service is very professional, but the interior decoration is a bit loli, which is not suitable for me. There is a refugee camp next door to the hotel, and there are refugees queuing up from morning to night.

Location is great, near the metro and few minutes from the central station. Great breakfast spread as compared to most European hotel. Love they place the mineral waters fridge at the floor. I went to NH Venice next. Compared to the attentive and professionalism, NH Milan is way above. The team is the benchmark.

The hotel is right next to Milan central train station which is perfect for transit. May not be so convenient to travel around Duomo. Taxi to Duomo costs around Eur16-20. Hotel has prepared a bottle of brut and some nuts and candies as welcome gifts which are very surprised to me and my boyfriend. The bathroom is spacious and provided with branded amenities. Bed is comfortable with smooth linen. The room comes with a small balcony which is perfect for some photoshoots. One thing annoyed me is the WiFi, the connection is so bad that I barely can use for working. Eventually I use my own 5G network then personal hotspot for connection.

The hotel has shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, shower cap, slippers, which are very good. There is a refrigerator in the room. Hygiene: The hygiene is OK Environment: The environment around the hotel is very good, very clean and safe, with convenient transportation and convenient dining. Service: We stayed in this hotel twice during this trip. The first time we didn't prepare towels and slippers, but the second time we prepared them. The front desk was very enthusiastic.

Room was clean and comfy. Though would have been better if the air conditioning couldn’t be turned on. We had to open the rooms’ windows for some ventilation, else it would be so stuffy. Hotel was also close to metro station which was added convenience. Had to really commend the front desk staff who allowed my family and I to check in way earlier than check in time. Though, yes we were lucky that there were rooms available for us to do that. Thank you!

A deposit of €150 has been taken from me which was supposed to be refunded but not yet received it back in my card. I would request to refund it asap. I checked in at around 2:am on 3rd June, I opted for late check out, hotel informed that late check out can be possible max till 14:00 and they changed €50 for that, in the morning when asked to extend my reservation till next day, they didn't adjust the amount €50 which I gave for late check out, on top of that they charged me €110 more for this extension, I would have expected better service here.

My schedule changed suddenly and I had to leave Milan a day early, but I couldn't cancel the reservation partially because it was two days before my check-in date. When I told the hotel about the situation, the front desk manager upgraded my room and extended my check-out time, and he was very considerate. I would like to express my gratitude to the manager again through this review. I have stayed at the nearby Mandarin Oriental Hotel and Four Season's Hotel, but Park Hyatt Milan was the best in terms of hotel location, room, service, and everything else. Thank you.
