The location of the hotel is good, but that's basically all that is good about it. The Staff is indifferent, they didn't manage to check us in in the afternoon on time. We needed to wait 35 min in spite of the fact, that's low season. After driving 500 km it's really nice to have the room ready. The only thing the receptionist managed was to say "Alo" when it was ready (the phrase when someone picks up the phone). That was "WoW" indeed. The planing of the hotel building is somewhat impractical - the reception desk is situated some 300 m away from the rooms, connected via a long tunnel. If you come here for a one night with no luggage, it's okay, but if you carry your kid's stuff, then it's tricky. Parking lot is very tiny, on the street, and costs you around 20 euros per day - if it's a 5star hotel, that fee is a bum fee, i.e. it reflects the cheap attitude of the hotel. It's a shame to ask to pay extra to drop your vehicle on the street with no roof, no garage, no valet service. It's funny. It's cheap. The spa area is tiny, small. The fitness room is a joke. The food is nth special, a standard 4 star choice. The overall concept of this hotel is that it is very far away from 9.2 rating on ***********, it's also not reflecting the minimum standard of 5 star. In my opinion, it's very risky to book your time in 5 star hotels not belonging to the well established chains of hotels in Poland.
