Latest review before this up to date one was a questionable one . The rooms are indeed Five star with romantic Spa Bath ( needs cleaning under rim) and enormous glass walk in shower with mini bar and coffee maker and a safe (didn’t work and when reported the HARD WORKING lady gave us a key but still couldn’t work it ) The lovely lady who runs it is run off her feet and she gets my second “star” The swimming pool area is grotty and needs a refurbish and the two days we were there ( we would have left after one if we hadn’t paid) the cleaning device was still in the pool. No one had used it. The breakfast provided by the hard working manager was a table of pastries meats and a few buns with a small provision of fruit juice yogurt and granola. Coffee to your taste and eggs made to order we had ( not a clue how she would go on if everyone ordered eggs!) CERTAINLY not “five star” The roof area with a Four poster bed and sunbeds with seating area is again in urgent need of refurbishment ( I had to strain to see the pool from it as described by website) I don’t like giving negative criticism and can see the hotels original state as pretty spectacular but think I have been conned!

Beautiful spa tub, friendly and attentive staff and welcoming accommodations. Gourmet breakfast and reception. Will definitely return.

Lovely room , lovely house, lovely breakfast and GREAT Service. Antonella and the other lady who helped with the maintenance were so sweet and helpful. Would stay there again for sure. We recommend the place to couples who want peace and quiet.

Prenotata una Presidential Suite; la cosa più interessante è la vasca idromassaggio in camera; peccato che abbiano ben pensato di disattivarle dalla mezzanotte alle 8, dettaglio che dovrebbero specificare in fase di prenotazione, e non una volta che uno oramai si trova lí. Accappatoi pieni di macchie giallognole; presa di corrente accanto al letto sradicata e non funzionante; cassaforte tutta arrugginita, ho evitato di toccarla per non prendere il tetano; il pavimento della piscina con mattonelle sfondate, a rischio caduta; piscina anche piuttosto sporca; cancello automatico del parcheggio che puntualmente si blocca (ho dovuto aprirlo a mano, nonostante fosse pesantissimo); colazione banalissima, con acqua e succhi caldi..unica nota di merito alla receptionist (Alessandra), che ha collaborato con la mia fidanzata per organizzare un compleanno a sorpresa

Un séjour tout simplement parfait!!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été conquis par l’accueil chaleureux et la gentillesse du personnel. La propreté des lieux est irréprochable, et tout est pensé pour que l’on se sente bien. La chambre était tout simplement magique : spacieuse, élégante, avec de délicates attentions qui font toute la différence (une coupe de fruits frais, une bouteille de Prosecco offerte)… Un vrai moment de bonheur dès qu’on a franchi la porte! Le petit déjeuner est incroyable: un choix varié, des produits frais, de qualité, et un cadre agréable pour bien commencer la journée. Un immense merci à Alessandra à la réception, d’un professionnalisme rare. Elle nous a conseillés avec soin sur les restaurants aux alentours et a même pris la peine de réserver pour nous. Grâce à elle, notre soirée a été à la hauteur du reste du séjour. Une adresse à recommander les yeux fermés!! Merci pour tout 🙂🙂

Non è una semplice spa, è un posto speciale, così come speciali sono le ragazze alla reception e la signora responsabile del servizio colazione in camera, di cui ricorderemo senz' altro la dolcezza e il sorriso riservatoci ogni singola mattina. Struttura stupenda, con menzione speciale per la nostra suite con letto a baldacchino e vasca a centro camera. Se ciò che state cercando è del relax e una fuga dal logorio della vita di tutti i giorni, qui lo troverete senz' altro! Torneremo! V&G ❤

Notte di s.valentino immersa nei rumori abbiamo chiamato dopo un paio d ore di permanenza x poter risolvere il problema ma la responsabile ci ha fatto le spallucce...verso le 3 di notte ce ne siamo scappati ...mal di testa compreso sarebbe bastato chiamare davvero un tecnico

Siamo stati in questa struttura per festeggiare il nostro anniversario. Che dire, coccolati dal primo al ultimo instante. Struttara piccola ma incantevole, curata in ogni minimo particolare. Spa con uso esclusivo, massaggio di coppia davvero rilassante, suite spettacolare (con "mini piscina idromassaggio) per poi finire il soggiorno con un'eccellente colazione. Le due ragazze che gestiscono la struttura sono fantastiche. Davvero complimenti, per me siete un eccelenza salentina
