We arrived just before the season started. Very loud construction work at the same venue. When asked to change the room we were put in a smaller one (although they insisted it was the same) with no price reduction. Outdoor pool still closed and jacuzzi in the outdoor pool broken. Breakfast and dinner offering very limited in a buffet that obviously serves more meals in season. We still payed quite a lot in the hotel that was advertised as a luxury stay but definitely wasn’t one. Very few towels, no bathrobes and very few toiletries. We were only offered one dinner (which wasn’t very good and had very poor selection) for all their shortcoming. Very disappointed and would discourage anybody from booking.

Online the hotel seemed to be very nice. The staff is not professional and has a hard time to speak English or German. The girls working in the play room lie around on a corner when u enter the room. No artwork or sth nice is offered. I wouldn’t leave my kid there. The pool was crowded but nice. People come to the breakfast area with sweat pants and bathing shoes. No dress code. Your plates are quickly taken away without asking. A stressful breakfast. The hotel won’t send me an item my son forgot. Very unprofessional. I cannot recommend the hotel.

Modern hotel, with a few deductions in the B grade. This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. The complex is very modern and beautiful on the whole. There is currently construction going on in many places, but that does not detract from the ambience. On our first visit we had a proper hotel room, which was very nice and modern. On our second visit we stayed in a holiday apartment. The layout of this was not so nice. However, we did have a kitchen, which we never really used. The hotel is well suited to young couples and families with children. Older couples will probably get less of their money's worth here, as the large dining room is particularly busy during meal times. The food is mostly good and corresponds to Polish standards. Anyone expecting fine cuisine will unfortunately be somewhat disappointed. The selection itself is very reasonable, however. Full board is not really worth it due to the large selection of restaurants in the area. We have now booked breakfast for the second time. There is a large selection of ways for young families to pass the time. The only drawback is probably the staff. This is often unfriendly and somewhat disinterested in the concerns of visitors and residents. Perhaps you have better chances here as a local. All in all, a great hotel at a reasonable price. I would happily stay again.

New Year's Eve short break 2023: Apartment in the F-house, super clean, good beds! BUT in our room it was a maximum of 18 degrees, the floor was icy. The caretaker came after complaining twice, but it didn't get any warmer after that. We could only stay in the living room if we slipped under the covers. Breakfast: It was varied and really delicious, BUT: The breakfast restaurant was much too small for the occupancy of the complex. We had to wait between 10 and 25 minutes for a free table. Sometimes we ate something standing up because it was not foreseeable that we would be able to sit down at all. Maybe we should think about breakfast in shifts or something else that would ease the situation a bit. Big praise for the employees in the restaurant service! They were quick and helpful. And that despite the fact that some of them worked in a restaurant until around midnight and were already whirling around the breakfast buffet again in the morning. Another visit is certainly not on the cards.

You can only avoid this hotel, nothing works, New Year's Eve party without music, no fireworks even though we had booked it, food hall atmosphere, queues, etc. never again, a waste of money. One thing was positive, the rooms are very spacious

Absolute disaster. I had to contact the hotel because there was a change to the booking. Unfortunately, all attempts were ignored, whether by phone, email or chat. Even the *********** team tried and was ignored. As soon as the hotel has received the money for the booking, the customer is no longer worth anything. To top it all off, I still receive emails telling me how much they are looking forward to seeing me and ultimately how nice they thought it was that I was there (I was never there). So if you don't want to be ripped off, you should give the hotel a wide berth; the guest is just a necessary evil here.

First the positive... it has become a beautiful complex, but very large and construction is continuing. The rooms are modern and clean. Cleaning takes place every 4 days, which is OK. We had a suite for 2 adults and 2 children. A bit cramped in terms of space and not enough storage space or cupboards. So we had to put the kids' clothes in the drawers in the living room. My request at reception for more hangers for the cupboard was unfortunately refused... there would be no more hangers...! The food was a disaster and not worthy of a 4 star hotel. Especially the evening meal. More or less the same every day... little choice and the quality of the products was at best equivalent to a cheap canteen. The staff at reception were always trying hard... unfortunately often not helpful and seemed annoyed. There should be sun loungers and parasols on the beach for hotel guests... there should be... although these were not free, there were often problems even though you had reserved them in good time. Sometimes there were no loungers, sometimes no umbrellas, which was a no-go for us as we didn't want to fry in the sun. We were particularly negative about the two employees who were responsible for allocating them on the beach. Unfriendly and unable to ensure there were enough loungers or umbrellas. Overall, unfortunately, it wasn't a good experience and therefore we wouldn't recommend it. We are disappointed as the complex sounded promising and wasn't cheap either. We won't be coming back.

Excellent for children, nice indoor playground, several outdoor playgrounds, water playground, several trampolines, rooms have kitchens, excellent varied breakfast, e.g. the hot offerings change daily during the week. Small indoor pool available, a large fun pool is still planned. Short walk of about 10 minutes to the beach. Only the route in the resort buildings takes some getting used to: Apart from 2 main entrances, you walk through the corridors and usually need several elevators or stairs to get to your destination.

I'll start from the beginning. The reception was very small, although the ladies dealt with the large number of guests very efficiently. Fortunately, we got a room in the same building, so we could walk everywhere in slippers, without getting dressed. After entering the room, we were hit by the stench of cigarettes. Someone had obviously smoked inside before. Very nice room. Living room with kitchen + bedroom. The balcony overlooks the patio. The monkey grove is perfect for children aged 3-5. Although with a larger number of guests there was quite a crowd and the air conditioning was not effective. The parent doesn't have much place to sit (the floor or possibly a baby chair). There was no staff in the club during the day for 2 days. The pool is more of a puddle... nothing special. I was very disappointed (If you book a stay in private apartments, you have to pay everything separately, i.e. PLN 35 for the club and PLN 60 (!) for an adult at the swimming pool). Unfortunately, the room has a lock, which is not a lock at all (!!) - my 2.5-year-old son could easily open the door by pressing the handle! So what kind of castle is this?? When you take a longer shower, you have to take into account that water will also be on the tiles in the bathroom and room. We had to use hotel towels to wipe the floor. Unfortunately there is no mop in the room. Only a broom and a dustpan. Breakfasts and dinners. If you came first, everything is fine. Unfortunately, only one part was available from several food stations, so later there were such queues that you didn't want to eat. In the second room, although coffee machines were available, they were turned off! The ladies at the reception did not smile, it was as if they were standing there as a punishment. My family and I often travel to different parts of the world, so we can compare. We give it 3/5 stars.
