The Room was good. Water pressure was a little low. The Pools and food were great! They are doing some serious construction for future plans with the resort. We had a great stay!

Very nice stay; not overcrowded! Milk House had great lattes! Long walk to lobby to ask for ice; our room also did not have a table, which was very weird. But had a great time relaxing by the pool; lots of lounge chairs & pools

The room was nice but had a slight sewage smell. It also had a huge window we could not cover so it was very bright very early in the morning. The air conditioner made a high pitch whistling sound when on. But the amenities were nice. The pool area is lovely, however the lounge pool temperature was much higher than it was supposed to be so it wasn’t very refreshing. The construction going on also made things a bit more dirty and loud. The parking situation is difficult and leads to needing to carry your luggage a fairly large distance just to get to your room. But overall I do like the resort, there’s just the things mentioned above that made it not quite as nice as I’d hoped.

Our room was very nice & clean. The pools & restaurants were amazing! I didn’t like that we had a balcony that was right next to the construction so we didn’t sit out there at all because there was so much dust & dirt.

It seems like with the construction, lots of things needed to be updated on the information given to guests. Like hours of operation for the tavern were wrong. The grill restaurant was out of about half of there menu items… But the staff were so helpful and accommodating in working around that.
The Nespresso machine machines have a small and large brew option but the cups overfill with even the small brew button. Just FYI.

The resort was entirely under construction. Very limited parking in dirt lot that covered cars in dust. Food options limited and house keeping nonexistent.

This property is under a lot of construction. Parking was rough and taking your luggage to your room was rough if no golf cart available.
The pool area is so fun and my kids loved it. No outside food is allowed. The milk house is cute, would love for it to open at 6:30AM

Property has great bones and is a great concept but is going under remodel (significant amount of construction around hotel too) and we were not made aware of this.. Pool area is great… Air conditioning was not working.. 80 degrees all night in the room… called to get it fixed and was told that upper floors get very hot in hot days and to open the windows.. not great… Tecnitian never showed up…
Hopefully they turn this around quickly as good spot and unique experience
