來了幾次了，環境還是房間設備都很可以，但是我很不理解，做酒店很差一張房卡嗎？13號晚上開的，14號早上走的，走了忘記還房卡，一直打電話要，説什麼那間房間只有最後那一張卡，那意思就是説不還回來，那間房間就一直空着不開出去嗎，做酒店前台服務員的説出這句話現實嗎？請問？無語的很一直打一直打，是不是沒有那張卡房間就不開出去了，不賺錢了？非得那一張卡，開酒店我覺得最不缺的就是卡了吧，肯定會有房卡丟失，或者客户帶走的情況那出現這種情況是不是要給客人罵死？是不是丟了就沒辦法了？沒有應對措施嗎？沒有多餘的備用房卡嗎？真的搞笑了，説話動動腦子好不好？

服務：早上11.45開始喊你起床 我攜程上特地選了2點退房 從11.45 到13.30催了四次 隔音巨差 178本來想圖個舒適 結果隔音和服務一坨答辯 性價比極差 差到極點
環境：一般 不值 衹能酒店就tm一個電動窗簾

酒店還算行，地理位置還行，就在客車站附近，步行5分鐘的樣子，離城市熱鬧的地方也算近的
服務不錯，比較人性化，訂房的時候沒注意房間面積，選了個小房間，進去後不太滿意詢問前台是否有個大點的，本來還以為要加錢升房，沒想到前台爽快就給換了
早餐也不錯，雲南地區米線為主，如果不喜歡米線的可能就有點可惜了

定了兩間房 給升了房 很大很舒服
算個套間 正好算一個雙床房
