房間通風差，採光不好。廁所的下水道不行，整個房間都是年味兒，睡了一個晚上都是尿味兒。其次，窗子還是單層的玻璃窗，隔音差。

我不知道一個連鎖酒店怎麼能這樣
1.沒有紗窗！而且窗子衹能打開一點點，一進去就感覺一股味道。
2.紙巾（若要使用 5塊錢）😭救命 好用一點的也不用5塊吧 而且紙巾付費？！
3.遙控器（自己會調 完全不聽指揮）
4.因為上面的沒有紗窗 結果大冬天的進蚊子了 我想着點個電蚊香 結果 它的電蚊香用不了？！
5.整個房間也很小 衞生真的感覺一般般
6.但是也有好的地方 床很軟

第一次入住雲之上酒店，從前聽説雲之上住起來很舒服，昨天入駐一晚真的很差勁，前台開房都不會，簡直太笨了，給我的房卡直接沒有刷成功，到了房間門口，房間打不開，剛好旁邊就是店長辦公室，然後裏面的那個女的瞅了一眼就説稍等一下，然後就沒有其他的了，服務態度惡劣到極點，怎麼説也是連鎖酒店，這個疑似店長的人也…………
設施：房間裏面沒有窗，然後空調打開後有故障的聲音，就一直噠噠噠的響，床上還有頭髮，廁所的紙巾衹有一點點，不知道是因為是標準還是忘記了，總而言之在彌度能排得上名的酒店簡直差死了
