I love the design, it is colorful, fun, and convenient for business and fun. The rooms are fit with just what is needed. It is echo friendly. Guest order housekeeping when needed. The breakfast buffet was wonderful, with many choices. The lobby has a coffee bar, with choices of fresh coffee, teas and hot chocolates. There was fruit infused water available, a very nice touch. I really like this new concept.

Great 👏 This is the most cost-effective hotel I have stayed in during my years of visiting the United States. Hahaha! Remember that Friday, Saturday and Sunday are the cheapest days! The breakfast is also quite rich.

I alwways stay at Tru so was disappointed. Started with the coffee machines having cold coffee in them. The hot water for the tea taste like dirt water. The parking lot was littered with alcohol bottles. Then for breakfast the pancake machine was broken which is the only thing my son will eat. There were no eggs or sausage in the container. There was a room that was super loud both nights until 4am. Staff finally said something on the 2nd night at 4am. So I couldn't sleep. Sleep was interrupted with housekeeping knocking at 9am to see if I'm leaving when checkout is at 12. So that ruined the sleep. They get a star for the room being clean.

Problem solved!
Very friendly staff, greeted at check in!
Was disappointed only that the pool was not open and the pancake machine was down at breakfast!
But other than that, thw room was clean and spacious! However, we did have to move rooms at midnigjt because our AC was not working, we moved to thw room across the hall and got a good nights sleep, in a cooled room, in a comfy bed!
We will definitely stay at Tru again!

First i have to retun to Lobby 3 times because card can't open room, then on saturday 5/3 Breakfast (which is included) was not availbe, because person in charge didnt show up!!! very disappointed ,

Tru hotels have consistently been a great place to stay. Beds comfortable, room temperature comfortable, good breakfast very good overall.
