We recently spent 3 nights in Midland, brought 2 dogs with us. Cannot say enough good about this bunch and our accommodations. Everyone was friendly and personable. Breakfast was quite edible. Any request we made for additional towels or service for the dogs was taken care of promptly

Very good value for money, when booking, it is said that it does not include breakfast. In fact, breakfast is open to all guests. It is quite satisfactory and not rich, but it is also OK. Bay fruit, sliced toast, cake, jam butter cheese, yogurt, milk, orange juice, coffee, sausage bacon scrambled eggs, oranges, apples, Enough to eat. There is another restaurant in the hotel, you can order food to solve lunch and dinner. The sanitary condition of the hotel can be said to be acceptable, the black countertop looks gray, the bedding is very clean

We stayed 2 nights and would have stayed 3 but had to check out due to a power outage caused by a strong storm. The staff is so friendly here. The hotel is clean and modern and in a quiet location amidst other hotels. We felt we had a great value for what we paid compared to what we experienced. The standard rooms have a walk in shower where my wife prefers a tub but that requires an upgrade to a suite.The TV has HBO and is a large screen. AC worked great and the bed was comfortable. There is a very nice pool area we enjoyed. The only reason I did not rate 5 stars is because the pool needed cleaning.NO breakfast buffet due to Covid. This hotel will be our home while visiting family in Midland.The General manager,Jennifer is very friendly and present.

this hotel has been newly remodeled. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. There are convenient food establishments nearby as well as a Walmart. I suggest you verify your room accommodations, as we had booked a King and there were none available.

This was one of my first times staying with the Tru brand so I was interested in this new ”modern” concept I had been hearing about. Upon check-in, the front desk was incredibly polite and knowledgable and suggested a few great places for us to eat. When i got to the room,it was very clean and minimal in style. No excessive dressers or old couches,just everything we would be needing for our one night stay. When I went downstairs to the lobby I was greeted by the kind general manager Tommy,who seemed to genuinely enjoy her job and made us feel right at home with her warm smile and professional demeanor. The entire hotel was a pleasure and you can tell this hotel is being led in the right direction as everything felt clean and professional throughout our entire stay. I look forward to staying with Tru on our future endeavors and was glad to have chose this hotel for our visit to Midland.

The team at the Suburban Extended Stay Hotel is FANTASTIC. Dona, Alexis, Maria, Teresa, and the lady who prepares breakfast every day are AMAZING (as well as all the other staff members). This hotel will rival any other business-type hotel (Hampton, Marriott, Holiday Inn, etc.) in terms of quality and furnishings. I would highly recommend it. It is an INCREDIBLE value for the money!
