Jjuusor2020The room and facilities are all of a very high standard with plenty of room to make oneself comfortable. The Fitness centre was an unexpected bonus. Breakfast was very good though more hot options during the winter months would be nice. The staff were all smart, polite and pleasant to deal with. Opposite the railway station and metro gives quick access to the city and beyond whilst, for the fit, it is a short walk to the centre. The lights in the fitness centre are on a sensor/timer. This was a cause for concern when the lights went off in the sauna as there was no movement outside. I mentioned this to the reception at the time.

HHONGYIThe apartment is superb and can be checked in early, the front desk is super friendly. The access control is very safe. The high floor view is good for sunsets and sunrises. The apartment is clean and spacious, the kitchen is fully equipped and even has a dishwasher. Convenient transportation, diagonally opposite the Asian restaurant street. The only downside is that the breakfast is small and the price is not high.

GGuest UserHotel is very conveniently located between the train station and the town centre, allowing easy access to both. The breakfast was lovely with fresh breakfast pastries, fresh fruit, several hot items, home-made jams, and much more. Fresh coffee and still or carbonated water was available all day. Every one of the staff were extremely helpful, Rooms were very small but very clean and modern, but there was a lovely reception area where we could gather to chat, read or have a drink from the self-serve reasonably-price bar.

It requires a bit of walking from the hotel to city center or you can take the tram and then walk for 10 minutes or so to most tourist attractions. The room is small but well designed. Most of the staff I met are very friendly. I spent 3 nights in this hotel and I would stay here again if I am to visit Toulouse in the near future!

Staff were exceptional, very friendly and helpful, I asked for a sellotape around midnight to use for my packing, staff went beyond just to accommodate me. Also good to mention, I was surprised when two lovely staff told me upon checking in that my booking comes with a breakfast, I thought they just made a mistake and so I clarified that I didn’t include breakfast as I will be spending most of my time outside and I had an early flight to Paris, but they insisted and went over the top by saying ‘they can make a sandwich or pack a light breakfast with fruits for me’, amazing and superb service, indeed.
Great location, near the Cathedral, shops, and restaurants. Everything was perfect, I would definitely come back and recommend.

Unfortunately due to flight issues, I was very late arriving, and I always wonder if there will be problems when you turn up late. No such problems. (the issue is that BA seem to be unaware of the fact that when running an airline, its useful to use the same 24 hour clock as everyone else, and think that its more fun if they reinvent a 26 hour one, and even better if the hours are not necessarily sequential) A 20 min walk from the air terminal with Google walking directions - easy enough, and the night reception (at 1am) was very efficient and welcoming. The room was great - comfortable. There is a coffee machine and a kettle which is a great touch, although like all these pod-coffee machines, they're great if you know how to use them, but if you don't know how to use this exact model, then you are completely on your own - no instructions, no handy pictorial guide, no stickers saying 'press here' or so on. Nope - you've just got to guess. Once I'd cleared up the water it was fine. Breakfast was really good - excellent choice and very high quality. Good location for the airport. It's about 800m walk. That takes about 10-15 minutes, which is actually pleasant when you've been cooped up on a plane. I would definitely stay here again, and hopefully for longer next time.

Two in the very same building and another one barely 300m away.
3 different levels of service too.
The general location is very practical when staying in the town. I lived in Albi for many years and appreciate the fact I can get everywhere just walking from these hotels.
I stayed in 2 out of the 3 and both felt a little too expensive for the actual room comfort they provide.
But it's a general Ibis trend.
On several occasions some rooms had cigarette smoke smell and the staff has always been very helpful managing to relocate me in odorless rooms.

PPleromaa👍🏻 First time in the hotel apartment, the studio is large with 1 kitchen stay and one room. The kitchen is super-equipped and you can do everything: from coffee to eggs to dishes.
👍🏽 Heating and air conditioning included. Stillness of the rooms. The hotel is well served by buses and metro to go to the city centre, and around there are shops, cake shops, supermarkets, kebabs or bars.
👎 There was a very bad litter and the covers were full of old customers' hair.

GGuest UserThe IBIS Budget hotel is ideally located in Albi. The walk to the station is easy. The reception is perfect, warm. The rooms are clean, comfortable. Breakfast is as necessary, not too, not too little. A friendly staff, available, laughing and arranged.

GGuest UserIbis Lourdes When we arrived we were very kindly given our room. We had asked for a room away from the lifts however when we went up to the room we were quite near the lift so I went downstairs to ask if we could change rooms. I was told by the receptionist that the hotel was full. so went back upstairs to go into the room. While I was downstairs my husband tried to get into the room many times and I also tried when back upstairs without success. The key-card machine kept flashing red except once for about 2 seconds went green but did not connect and open. So I again went downstairs to speak to the receptionist. At this point she was extremely rude saying, 'have you put the card in correctly, has it gone green etc'? Talking to us as if we had never used a keycard before! Then she proceeded to come upstairs and try the card without success herself even banging the door to try and open it. A short time afterwards once in our room I went downstairs to ask if I could have an extra blanket as sometimes I feel the cold at night to find a very helpful different receptionist who went to look for one. The room was fine- normal layout for the Ibis. Had an extremely large television. Unfortunately we had a very bad night due to what appears to the toilet fan unit being very noisy /broken and a road cleaner working along the roads outside our window from 0500 to 0545. When I mentioned in the morning that it appears the toilet fan was broken it was to the same receptionist who checked us in, turned round and said we should have asked to change rooms!!!!! When arrived showed my Silver Accor membership card - however nothing extra for being a member offered. Excellent central location
