Some of the best and warmest hospitality I have ever received. Mustafa and his family are wonderful hardworking people, who made every effort to make us feel at home. Comfortable, unique accommodation, fabulous food, picturesque views. This is a quiet and wonderful place to stay. Highly recommended.

It was a very nice stay. Mustafa was an extreme friendly host. He speaks several languages very well, the communication was very easy. The food was delicious. You eat next to the other guests, it is easy to get in contact with them. The room was nice and clean. We can totally recommend a stay there if you travel through Midelt. The town isn't big, not much to see but you can visit a gorge in the neighbourhood and go for a walk.

We loved our stay at Mustapha and Hannah's kasbah in Midelt! The home is very unique, comfortable, clean, and quiet, and the dinner and breakfast they serve is of a very high standard. We hope to be back soon.

We arrived in September for a one night stay after driving 4 hours from the Sahara. As soon as we arrived the owner saw I had booked and paid with *******. He started to shake his head and advised that ******* had not paid him for some previous bookings and the only way he would allow us to stay was to pay him directly and get a refund from *******! I refused to do this without contacting ******* - after 3 attempts with ******* Virtual Assistant, I managed to get someone to call him - but he then assumed to not understand them although his English seemed OK to me. I asked to speak to ******* who finally gave me a refund but the owner's attitude had discussed me as he did not seem interested in helping at all - just wanted to be paid again. We left and then drove another 3 1/2 hours to the hotel in Fes and managed to get an extra night. No - I would not recommend this hotel at all!

Very personal and welcoming hosts! The Kasbah is built with innovative ecological concepts. Excellent local and healthy food. Best sleep we got in Marocco! We also had interesting talks with the owner.

Nous avons vécu une parenthèse très agréable dans ce petit coin de paradis. Accueilli par Mustapha qui saura se mettre en quatre pour que vous sentiez comme chez vous, qui prendra le temps de discuter avec vous. Les chambres sont décorées avec soins et tout le confort y est. Le repas ainsi que le petit déjeuner sont excellents. Je recommande a 100%

Schöne, kleine Kashba mit einfachen, sauberen Zimmern. Die Lage und die Aussicht sind wunderschön. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und Mustafa ist ein weitgereister, interessanter Gesprächspartner. Die ganze Familie nimmt Gäste herzlich auf. Das Abendessen und Frühstück war sehr gut, mit frischen Zutaten. Man fühlt sich hier schnell wohl. Der Aussenbereich ist liebevoll eingerichtet und man kann Schöne Spaziergänge in der Umgebung unternehmen. Für einen Zwischenstopp in authentischem Ambiente eine tolle Wahl. Herzlichen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft!

Hier 9 octobre 2023, j'ai séjourné à la Kasbah Izoran à Midelt. À notre arrivée, la réservation auprès de l’agence de voyages s’est avérée incorrecte. Néanmoins, le propriétaire Mustafa nous a reçus très chaleureusement et a passé les 2 heures suivantes à essayer d'organiser la réservation par téléphone. Le fait que cela n'ait pas fonctionné n'est en aucun cas dû à lui, mais à des plateformes opaques dans toutes sortes de pays qui établissent des liens entre l'agence de voyages aux Pays-Bas et la réservation elle-même. Même si les choses n'ont pas fonctionné avec la réservation, Mustafa nous a invités à rester. Heureusement qu'il avait encore de la place. Nous pourrions aussi manger ensemble. Nous avons été submergés par son orientation client, son orientation solution et son approche humaine. La nourriture était excellente, les soins excellents et nous recommandons vivement cette Kasbah. C'est aussi dans un très bel endroit.
