Friendly staff, so-so room
The staff was friendly, prompt, and efficient. There was, however, lots of noise during our stay, and while the accommodations were clean, the beds made unusual clanking sounds whenever one turned over in the night. Also, the bathroom door would not open fully, as it was obstructed by the toilet, probably the result of a renovation that did not measure properly.

Great choice for overnight business
Business overnight. Front desk was friendly and quick to help with any questions. Pretty clean, and no issues at all. Was definitely the right choice for my stay.

Looks nothing like online photos. No elevators, staff was horrible. Must have a car or you will be paying a lot in Ubers. Overall bad bad and bad! Oh and they double charged my husband CC😡

I really want to give the staff and service 4-5 stars because of the front office people but the housekeeping. We have a garbage from our room that we handed to them but instead of taking it they showed us where to dump it. 😳 so basically we cleaned our own room.
