Very noisy, very rude staff, car park not safe and when it came to check out the guy behind the counter had his feet up on his phone and just grunted, very disappointing

Great experience, very warm welcome when checking in. Jess checked me in and was very cheerful and helpful, she’s an asset to the team! Very clean room and the bed is very comfortable. Will definitely be returning. Great service, can’t recommend this place enough.

Staff can’t be faulted, so friendly from the Manager down everyone is so approachable and willing to help. Over the times we’ve stayed here rooms have always been clean, linen and bathroom fresh. So please pass the credit onto the housekeeping team as they’re the engine room ! Special credit to Amy and Samantha for making us both feel so welcome ! Keep up the good work showcasing how good hospitality is in Middlesbrough.

Stayed for 2 nights , Amy who checked us in was lovely along with all the staff who were super and friendly. Lady at Breakfast was very nice and lovely choice of food and great coffee. Comfortable clean room. We will definitely stay here again if in the area again.

got a spacious clean room, only a one night stay but will definitely come again, never had evening meal but had a superb breakfast, beds very comfy slept well, had a decent size bath which was relaxing after being out all day, tea and coffee supplied so all in all I can recommend this place to everybody.

Stay at the travelodge regular and every time I have stayed I have felt really welcome the staff are friendly and very helpful. Big shout out to Amy on reception, Samantha the manager, deb cooking breakfast and the housekeepers for keeping my room clean and tidy.

They advertise online and tell you when you check in at 9:15pm, that they serve food until 10pm. I dropped my bags in my room and was back in the bar for 9:20pm I asked to order food and was told they had turned the oven off and taken last orders for food. 40mins before time! That smacks of lazy staff trying to get out early. A disgraceful.
