Hotel was very clean and room was very nice. Very spacious and comfortable. Employees were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

This was a good choice for us. One thing. Be aware that an accessible room is not necessarily a handicap accessible room. We had a hearing accessible room which was quite nice and very roomy with a walk in shower. When we checked in, clerk said we should have booked directly through Hampton Inn.
Breakfast was hot and ready with different choices each day.

Bed was very clean as well as the room. The chair had many stains which was bothersome and the toilet seat wouldn't stay up.

We booked this hotel because it stated it was a Hilton. Definitely not the Hilton. The original room was on the 2nd floor. It smelled like smoke and the floor entering the room was filthy. I reported the findings to the front desk he stated we would have to wait due to availability. They switched our room the next day to the 3rd floor. Did not offer any compensation for the inconvenience.

Absolutely loved the room, very clean, very roomy, and comfortable!
Only downside of the stay was getting trapped in the elevator for a while.
Have already suggested friends to stay there, and will definitely be back

Breakfast was incredible every morning, menu of hot item rotated and all food was definitely fresh cooked. 24/7 hot coffee, tea, and cocoa was really nice too. Would stay again for sure.
Room was for 5. 2 queens and a hide-away couch worked perfect. Lots of room for all!

The only issue I had was that the bathroom door was a sliding barn door that did not close all the way and no lock on it.
