Good experience
No complaints. Nice hotel and very quiet with comfortable bedding and the usual amenities. Staff was mostly friendly, shout out to the breakfast ladies who were extra kind.

Two Different Stays, Same Quality Experience
We've stayed at this Hampton Inn twice now for the IX Piston-Power Show. Both times the rooms were incredibly comfortable and spacious. The walk-in shower in the suite was a highlight. Among the other highlights was the decent selection of free breakfast that differed each morning, updated LG 4K TV's with accessible HDMI ports, impressive counter space, and easy access to a variety of restaurants, gas stations, as well as I-71, I-480, and the IX Center.
The only two issues we encountered were the refrigerator in the suite being lukewarm, and the pool being incredibly slippery. Fortunately, our other room included a fridge/freezer combo that worked fine, as did the fridge we had last year. As for the pool, the kids just had to be careful not to run or horseplay.
Overall, we had a great stay, and there's no questions we'll be back again next year.

Weekend trip
The room was for the most part clean. There was a wrapper from little kids snacks behind the bed and a few crumbs. But, everything else looked clean. The website doesn’t say anything about the pool being renovated, my kids were planning to swim, so that was a let down. Otherwise everyone was nice for the most part, and we didn’t have any trouble during our stay.

Horrible stay. Paid $187 and barely slept. Entire hotel filled with kids/parents. Loud music in the halls, running up n down hallways. Both on our floors and above us as well. Didn't calm down until after 330 am and started all over at 6am. Couldn't enjoy breakfast the entire cafe was filled with kids. Cleaning staff walked in on my bf in his underwear even after i told 2 seperate staff members in the hall that someone was still in the room when i left!! We will not be back!!!
