Very clean! Which was one of our main wants but it is also up to date & has nice furniture, mattress, tv & ect. Instead of little sample shampoo, conditioner, & body wash they have nice pumps of dove installed in the showers. The house keepers our very kind and will be a helping hand with anything they can. The front desk employees are just the best! They will help you, try to meet needs if anyway is possible & always a pleasure to pass by. Our kids loved the indoor pool, & comfy bed with a big flat screen. I will only use the hotel in Baltimore!

Front desk gentleman working day shift weekend has been RUDE and made several of my many check-in and check-out experiences HORRIBLE !! All other members of staff provide great service and hotel is very clean and friendly!

A new, clean hotel. I was a little concerned when they charge $100 for "incidentals", and there was an extra page with the sign-in sheet outlining their quiet times and regulations about partying. Those concerns were unfounded as everybody behaved, at least while I was there. Convenient location to White Marsh Town Center and I-95.

The staff were superb, informative and pleasant. The room was immaculate. Decent variety of breakfast options. The only issue I have is whatever is used to deodorize the rooms is very strong. For someone sensitive like me it brings on headaches and makes it difficult to rest. Not sure what can be done about it. I would love to stay here again if I knew the smell wouldn't be so overwhelming.

It was good there is nothing walkable there but was not surprised as this is Maryland but the overall experience is a good one
