Middle Franconia Hotels with Swimming Pools

It is a four-star hotel, I am really disappointed, the hotel has no system, the system is messy. When I arrived that night, it was close to 12:30 in the middle of the night. When I checked in, I didn’t have a room for us. We have confirmed the room and the money has been paid. The front desk clerk only said sorry to you. I asked to see the manager. She said that the manager was sleeping. I really can’t believe it! We waited close to 1:15 and several of our ladies couldn't find another house so late. Booking was brought in, and their after-sales service was superb, which made me look different. We were anxious and their clerk Leon responded immediately and helped. Things were resolved, and finally we stayed at another hotel and will not book Mercure hotels in the future.

The breakfast is very rich and cost-effective than the herzogspark hotel next to it. But there is no hotel akazienhaus next to it. It is recommended to live in akazienhaus. The room over there is better

The location is excellent, 2-3 minutes walk from the DB side door. The breakfast is very good, with many yogurt options, I like it very much. The room facilities are OK, but the hair dryer is not very useful. BTW, the Italian food opposite the hotel is also very good.

Next to the Convention and Exhibition Center, the location is hesitant. The hardware facilities are mediocre and there is very little gym equipment. You can only do aerobic exercise and light weight supersets. Hygiene is still clean.

Beautiful hotel, central location, clean. Excellent swimming pool and spa. Excellent service, I forgot a sweatshirt in the room (a gift I am very fond of) and immediately they found it and sent it to my home address. Nice and good breakfast. Super recommended!

It was all very i.O. - only the fact that you had to leave the terrace at 22.00 (at 25 degrees) that we couldn't understand ...... Our room was without balcony - thus a conception in summer we were three pairs and very silent and couldn't all understand ...... have also advertised this at the reception at the departure.... Beside the hotel is the city hall and the festive place .... Here is certainly still a bit out after 22:00 .......
