Ibis Budget Oostende Airport

Missing Basic Amenities Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was below expectations. There were no towels provided in the room, and I had to go to the reception to request them, which was quite inconvenient. Even more frustrating was the lack of a hair dryer—when I asked at the front desk, I was told there were none left. Basic amenities like towels and hair dryers should be standard in any room. Overall, the lack of preparation and poor service made the stay disappointing.

It was a very awkward location and the amenities are non existent. The bed ws slanted on one side, so much that I kept rolling off the edge, would never stay there again. The staff was super friendly and helped us with pillows and hairdryers, no complaints whatsoever there, lovely people!

Arrived a 1am. Price advertised was considerably lower than the price we actually paid. When questioned, was told that’s the price, do you want it or not? We were too tired to argue, at that point so took it! We left early in the morning so didn’t take breakfast- which was extra, as was the parking. We’ve stayed in several Ibis hotels and thankfully they have always been good. This styles itself budget- I wouldn’t call £150, without breakfast, budget! We won’t be back! 😠
