Sixtus is a hotel you’ll want to return to. We enjoyed three exquisite days, where we had the chance to use the hotel’s wonderful facilities. We checked into the most beautiful room—clean, tidy, and with an incredibly comfortable bed. In the restaurant, you can enjoy delicious food and be served by extra service-minded staff. Don’t forget to borrow the hotel’s wristbands and bathrobes to visit the nearby bathing club—an experience you don’t want to miss. The biggest surprise is the hotel’s welcoming staff, who prioritize personal service above all. As guests at the hotel, you feel truly cared for. The entire staff is there for you during the whole stay. A fantastic experience!

I was visiting a family member and needed a place to stay overnight. This hotel looked nice and was in walking distance to the city center. As it turned out, the hotel is situated at the fiord - it was chilly when I visited, but it must be a dream in summer. Also it's situated in a very quiet part of town - very little traffic. The room was in the main building and was spacious and nice, even if I didn't have a view to the sea. Water pressure is a bit low. The room - and everything else in the hotel - was sparkling clean. My relative and I had dinner, and it was amazing. As was the breakfast! All staff was kind and helpful. If I should complain about anything, it must be that I couldn't get a glass of wine after ten o'clock - only beer (which I don't drink) and soft drinks. If I need to stay overnight in Middelfart again, I'll definitely come back.
