From the minute we drove through the electric gates, we were relaxed and in a little countryside oasis. Our hosts were attentive, down to earth & very approachable, and nothing was too much trouble! The accommodation was immaculate & everything was thought of…an excellent standard throughout! We would highly recommend staying at stay@FL if you’re in the area!

We stayed at FL this weekend and can’t speak highly enough of the experience. Before we even arrived we had a text message to confirm all was ok and if there was anything we needed. When I said we would need to book a taxi into Brighton we were told the roads were closed and offered a lift to the local train station. Which was very much appreciated. The room was beautiful, immaculately clean and decorated to a high standard. We were asked what time and what we would like for breakfast and it was absolutely delicious. The care from Rich and Paul is wonderful and the attention to detail to make our stay perfect was noted and appreciated. The grounds were gorgeous and I’m just sorry we couldn’t stay for longer. Already planning our next visit. We couldn’t recommend FL highly enough. 5 stars all round!

Rich and Paul were extremely gracious hosts in their beautiful home, the accommodations were superior, the food outstanding, I really cannot say enough good things about them and the place. Highly recommended from some tourist across the pond.

Had a wonderful stay here with my daughter. We were thoroughly looked after and all the little details were catered for. Room was absolutely gorgeous. They absolutely went above and beyond for us, catering for my daughter who had slightly different preferences to the breakfast ones available! Nothing was too much for them and I thoroughly look forward to bringing my entire family back for a longer day next time. Thank you so much!

We had the best time ever. The place was gorgeous. The hostesses were kind and very helpful and we had a great time. We totally loved every moment! We can't wait to go again and we highly recommend it!

Stay@FL what a great find! We had an overnight stay in the Courtyard Suite after our flight returned to Gatwick. This is a small, but luxurious boutique hotel/bed and breakfast. The owners/hosts do everything they possibly can to make your stay as perfect as it can be and work with you around your needs. So personal, so good for me! Beautifully furnished, 5* bed, bedding, towels and all the amenities one could need. Beautifully clean. A lot of thought has been put into this place and it's guests! The breakfast was delicious, with freshly laid eggs provided by the resident "girls" (hens). Sadly, we did not get to try the restaurant or spa facilities (which I think is in the process of being finished). All I can conclude with is, give this place a try....you won't be disappointed!

We spend one night and one day at that amazing place. And we really enjoyed it. The owners make an amazing atmosphere from we came to we left. The interior was so relaxing inside and outside. We had an amazing dinner at the restaurant when we came, délicat breakfast in the morning and a lunsj made specially for us. After breakfast I had a fantastic masasje in a delicate spa room. We can really recommande this place👍👍👍🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

We had a lovely warm personal welcome. Our room was luxurious and extremely comfortable. I loved the window, that opened up to create a balcony effect, so you really felt the beauty of the location. Having booked dinner we had use of the snug with its log fire, where we had pre dinner drinks, which created a lovely relaxed atmosphere. The meal was amazing, a six course taster menu with beautifully paired wines. Breakfast was with freshly laid eggs, I chose the beautifully scrambled with smoked salmon. I would highly recommend.

We had a fantastic stay @ FL. The hosts, Rich & Paul, take care of every need. A WhatsApp group was setup on the morning of our arrival asking if we had any specific requirements. As we were also dining this was greatly appreciated so we could provide any allergies etc. The location is very secluded and you feel you are somewhere special and different. From the bed linen to the toiletries and the general first class decour, nothing has been left to chance. Anyone looking for somewhere to stay for a special occasion or even somewhere to stay before a flight from gatwick (only 10 mins away) you will struggle to find better. Would also 100% recommend dining @ FL. A sublime fine dining tasting menu with wine flight, we will be back.
