The hotel is as clean and professional as ever. I secretly prepared a birthday gift for my boyfriend. The front desk lady patiently cooperated with me. When my boyfriend went upstairs, she secretly called me to ”tip off”. ”He's coming up, he's coming up” is really cute. This is our first time staying at the hotel (City Hall Hotel). They extended our room for 2 hours for free. It's really considerate.

The hotel is newly opened, the facilities are very good, all the customer service staff are very good. However, the air conditioning in the room is not very powerful, the minimum can be adjusted to 25 degrees, the outdoor temperature is lower than the indoor temperature, a bit stuffy. Wake up directly on the first night. The door must be very powerful every time it is closed, otherwise the alarm will keep ringing. The front desk said it was for safety reasons.
