房間挺大的，定的是帶露台的房間，不想出門的時候可以在露台上曬太陽，酒店的早餐很豐富，還有綿陽米粉可供選擇，馬路對面就是樂薈城，吃飯購物都很方便，理高鐵站也挺近，下次來還會選擇這裏

來綿陽看上學的孩子，家長羣讓先踩踩點找個好點的酒店，方便大家每個月幾次過來住。這家價格不便宜，衞生太差，前台男女辦理業務時還在那裡插科打諢，太不專業了。廁所拖鞋都捂臭了，杯子裏還有辣椒皮。。。地毯黢黑，頭髮滿地掉，我下單備註的安靜點的，在前台再次説過，人家直接不搭理我，還是給我安排的靠街的房間，那裡還是個小廣場。。。

之前出差都住的這家酒店，已住過幾次了，這次又選的他家，這次給我的體驗非常差，主要是前台那個女的，從辦理入住時就像欠她錢一樣，愛答不理的，最基本的早餐、洗衣房、訂單中套餐內容都沒有提一句，然後晚上打電話問套餐裏説的下午茶，暖心牛奶那些，態度還是非常惡劣，對客人態度非常非常不好，這種前台酒店還是該好好培訓一下，這二張照片是酒店枕頭，後邊酒店經理打電話致歉了，經理態度非常好，但那個前台老鼠屎已壞了它們酒店口碑，以後出差在也不會選擇它家酒店了。

房間設施不完全，沒有紗窗，衞生間和洗浴間與床之間沒有完全隔斷，沖水噪音很大。沒有晾衣服的地方，早餐也很差，菜品少。點名批評前台那個黃頭髮的接待，和顧客説話很不耐煩，素質差，白眼快翻到天上去了。酒店位置還是可以的，吃飯方便，旁邊就是永輝超市，購物方便。

幾歲的孩子都張口問前台姐姐要牛奶了，你就哄一下孩子啊，保安大叔都説可以給，恰好被我看到了，她在哪擠眉弄眼的説九點超過了，沒有牛奶了不給了。你們酒店缺牛奶就別打着晚間送牛奶的幌子做服務了唄，我們又不是買不起牛奶體驗感針對這種不暖心，待人接物不友好的人真的啊很差勁。我要是不點評，長期下去你會影響店面聲譽的。
