Very friendly staff and client oriented service, picturesque lake view from the balcony, perfect and huge outdoor playground, a lot of facilities: Lego room, children’s cinema, table tennis… We enjoyed it!
It was so nice to receive a cake and room decoration for the birthday from the hotel.
Highly recommend the hotel especially to families with kids!

It is really clean and quite organized well!!!
And it is located near to the river, so has beautiful view 😍.
However there is no shop such as restaurant and supermarket.
It is recommendable for family who has kids thanks to nice swimming pool.

The view alone would be enough to give this hotel 5 stars! But the hotel itself is also more than deserving. They have everything you need and more. The gym is pristine, not a drop of sweat could be seen on any of the equipment. They have two restaurants, Western/Chinese, and the Chinese one has some of the best Chinese veggie dishes I’ve had. The hallways and public areas are spacious so you never feel it’s crowded even when the hotel os booked to capacity. And the room is also spacious, clean, and comfortable. Love it!

原本計劃週末兩日到綿陽方特的
後來做攻略無意中看到這家酒店 感覺更適合七歲小孩玩 大人也沒有那麼累 週六一早就從西安坐高鐵出發了 距離綿陽站30分鐘左右 位於仙湖水利風景區 入住後覺得決定很明智 酒店裡麪及周邊孩子可以玩的項目很多 坐擺渡車去親水灣沙灘玩 碼頭坐船 環湖遊 小朋友開心得很 回來就推薦給朋友們了

房間乾淨整潔，客房部還贈送了雞尾酒禮遇，房間有綠植做的歡迎佈置，很可愛，Tracy心靈手巧，小寶貝很喜歡很開心，客房部Nicole看到帶了小朋友主動提供小童用品，主打一個貼心，整體環境不錯，安靜。對帶小朋友的家庭很友好，早餐豐盛，中餐廳服務也很好，魚火鍋不錯。5.5號來的，完美錯過了人山人海，前台服務人員安排很好，幫忙房間升級，唯一不足，偏遠[愉快][愉快][愉快]

本來帶娃出行主打一個省心，環境和設施都還可，推薦親子游，節假日還是慎選，人太多了。但是服務一分都不想給，平台規則和酒店規則麻煩各部門對接清楚，要是對客人趾高氣昂，指指點點的態度衹適合待在家裡
