1. 感謝劉小姐熱情接待，免費升級了房間，園景房也對着江；
2. 酒店應該有幾年了，但是設施和衞生都保持的很好，住得放心；
3. 床很舒服，衞生間音箱好聽（專門坐馬桶上聽了會歌）；
4. 最最最重要的，我是奔着室內泳池去的，游泳池非常棒，晚上吃飯後環島再走2圈，頓時沒有了吃大餐的負罪感。

中秋朋友幾個一起過去玩兒選擇的這個酒店，環境很不錯，服務特別好！酒店看見我們帶咯小孩還特別提醒我們可以做糕點，還特別貼心為大家準備了水。由於在湖邊做糕點，工作人員很耐心的為寶貝們準備驅蚊水。太棒了！下次來還會選擇這裏。

昨天晚上11點到達酒店.辦理入住.那麼大個五星級酒店一個禮賓幫拿東西的都沒有.酒店值班人員都沒有.前台就一個辦理入住的.穿着都不整齊.客人些排隊等候辦理.我一個行政房我姐一個套房.我那個房間一進去就是個垃圾口袋.沒收拾的.空調風機聲音無比大.昨晚很累就將就睡了.早上起來洗個澡.沐浴露一欄裏面還有個上次別人用完沒收的牙刷。洗澡浴缸產品都要單獨收費.洗澡巾也要收費。五星級酒店.房間小冰櫃啥都沒得.歡迎水果也沒有.真的在控制成本這方面.商家做的太狠了.賣那麼求貴.啥都是自費.酒店廊道白天晚上都是黑黑的.酒店工作人員見到客人都是一臉冷漠.早上我這個房間吃個早飯單獨68.進去吃完小麪.跟煮麪人員説了下.態度很惡劣.就説.

酒店設施陳舊，尤其是空調，中央空調要不是壞的，要不就是聲音巨吵，換了3個房間才勉強住下。服務也跟不上，換房間都是自己揹着包去大堂，樓上樓下跑着好玩嗎！這個價格在綿陽也不算低了，完全不推薦。
