中午辦的入住，廁所堵了，叫了工作人員來通，通好了但水流很小根本沖不了，凌晨一點換了房間，東西放好，坐下準備休息，簾子後面就掉了個水瓶，看了煙灰缸有煙灰根本沒收拾，想太晚了，也沒關係，想着第二天退房和他們説一聲以後注意一下，第二天退房和前台説，也不理我，真的入住體驗太差了

來綿陽大多數住這家酒店，離高鐵站步行10分鐘，房間乾淨，今年重新裝修了，各種方便，給10好評。唯獨一點不好，沒有一次性洗臉巾和馬桶墊，這方面改進一下就非常完美了

房間還好就是不隔音，我們住的是親子房就給我們兩張早餐票，早餐開的太晚了、住這裏的大部分都都坐高鐵的、早上7：20幾分還不能吃早餐必須要7：30才可以、早餐開的太晚了

酒店的位置也不錯，出行也算方便，房間不錯，總枱服務很熱情，早餐有點偏少了，但味道不錯，最後提點建議，客房衞生稍微差了一點。

這是我住過最差勁的酒店，沒有之一，房間進去就聞到一股濃濃的甲醛味道，很悶，樓下的車一晚上就沒停過，太吵，最要命的是廁所，那個下水道管子一晚到亮都在流水，聲音很響，剛辦理入住時就跟服務員説要個清凈點的房間，至少衞生間下水道不要一直有水響，因為看前面住客有這樣評價，服務員毫不客氣的説房間都是那樣，沒辦法。一晚上都沒怎麼睡着，那個味道聞一晚上起來第二天頭還巨痛，真的太糟糕了，望大家訂房間的時候三思！

和孩子住了兩次了，酒店衞生做得好，服務態度也好。離萬達比較近，和孩子吃玩都非常方便。離火車站也近，走路幾分鐘就到了。
