設施：可以
衞生：一般
環境：43層超級好的視野，有大落地窗，看夜景超級不錯，床是榻榻米那種，很温馨的房間。最最最最最重要的是地理位置優越，就在市中心，周圍很多逛的，去三江半島 鐵牛廣場 富樂山這些地方很近，打車衹需要七八塊錢！
服務：前台小姐姐很好

房間整體來説還是挺不錯的，民宿能做到這個整潔度，已經很棒了，房間同前台都在43樓，站在大落地窗前面真的還是有的害怕，居高臨下，不太敢靠近的，關窗户我都是扒着牆邊，手伸出去關的，唯一的缺點就是房間不太隔音，如果你的隔壁剛好是一對，嘿嘿，那不好意思，你懂的。

酒店是公寓式的，房間在43樓，床是榻榻米的佈局，好像是隔出來的那種隔間，，房間沒有座椅，只有一個木頭墩子，比菜板要厚些，上面佈滿了一層油，還有頭髮，床上的枕頭也是爛的有好些破洞洞，（難道這是在搞潮流嗎）還有就是廁所的這個位置簡直了（下圖）下面好像是懸空的，而且這個塑料的綠草不知道放了多久了，上面很厚一層灰灰，塑料綠草是放在一塊很薄的一塊木板上的，酒店方不覺得這很危險嗎，廁所沒有排風扇，房間的味也排不出去
隔音效果也差到爆，，深夜隔壁的聲音簡直不堪入耳，一晚上都沒睡好，偶爾還有陌生人塞小卡片在門封裏，
通往酒店的電梯真的很無語，在樓下等了15分鐘都上不去，，這樣的房間定價140多，一百我都感覺貴，而且還要一百的按金，
房間唯一的優點就是地處高空，視野好，………
