從來沒見過酒店有這樣的熱水器，感覺像是90年代剛出的。而且居然是水量開得越小水越熱，小到衹有一溜。然後衞生間的窗户超級大，上廁所蹲下來肩膀和窗台邊齊平。玻璃上很隨意地貼了一層遮光膜，四個邊邊巨寬，露出來，又不是防窺玻璃，對面就是學生宿舍。。。。然後我剛來的時候不知道熱水器是這個樣子的，就準備洗澡，先去問客房服務要吹風機，她説現在沒得，等一下有了給我送過來，讓我先洗。結果我剛換好衣服正在調那個破熱水器，她就在外面狂敲門，因為我沒有穿衣服，我就不想開，我説等一會，她沒聽到。我也就沒有再説，我想她應該知道沒回復應該是正在洗澡，不方便。結果她開始瘋狂捶門，特別特大聲喊我開門。一直敲一直敲。我一度以為她要把門卸了。我就無語，你説讓我先洗，你不曉得人洗澡要好長時間嗎？在曉得我要洗澡的前提下，沒人回覆你給你開門你不曉得等會兒再來嗎？房間超級暗，燒水壺也是爛的。不是你們平時都不檢查嗎？而且天黑了樓道的燈為啥不提前打開？下午五六點回來根本看不到，還要打起手機手電筒自己摸到打開。而且燈特別特別暗。你們這個豪華酒店招牌是怎麼打出來的？

前台態度惡劣 對客人愛理不理 明明有房 網上訂房不接受 説沒有房間 電視也看不了 明明知道第二天停電 提前不告訴客人 沒有熱水 而且房間燈光也不好

#好評#對鄰近餐廳，位置滿意；#負評#對房間大小，防治蚊蟲措施，床品舒適度，房間佈局失望；第一，随意将我预定的房子更改
第二，环境差，卫生间异味大
第三，床上用品太脏。我亲眼看着更换床套被套，枕头都黑了，床垫更不用说了
第四，没有电梯，爬六楼真的要了老命
