位於警鐘街的鬧市區，距離馬家巷咫尺之遙，到越王樓也不算遠，樓下就是新華書店。房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全，舒適度高。關鍵還有屬於自己的地下車庫，雖然車位不多但是夠用。

我很少去評價一家酒店，這家酒店我認為是性價比之王，旺季價格很親民，交通便利，周圍吃喝玩樂都很方便，而且最重要的是服務，小姐姐們長得好看人又很熱情，最重要的是他們很貼心，我從爬了劍門關過來，又累又渴，結果一進房間準備了4瓶水，還送了小吃，我當時就感動了，而且酒店也有送餐服務，價格不貴，退房時我點了一份綿陽米粉嘗一下，小姐姐直接送上來，並且我要付費，她説送給我了，不用收費，我當時感動壞了，所以強烈推薦這家酒店，10分[強][強][強]

房間很好，設施齊全，自動化高，比較現代。服務不錯，禮貌待客，見面問好，噓寒問暖。純凈水管夠，呼叫即應，內有食府，飯菜可口，川味濃厚，可送房間。有地下車庫，停車方便。市中心鬧市區，且住且逛，購物體驗非常好。

房間乾淨整潔，面積還算寬敞，設施設備也新，作為在市中心裏面的酒店，這樣已經很不錯了，在露台市煮個茶還是很愜意的。要想晚上吹着晚風喝點小茶一定要提前説，我們就是説晚了，衹有第二天頂着初陽喝的早茶。
