The service was terrible. Even after I reported my parking license plate to them, they still charged me! After negotiating with the front desk, they said the system was broken and they wanted to push the parking fee onto me! There was no response for the last two or three days. Finally, after we finished our five-day Sichuan trip and returned to Quanzhou, there was still no response. After we came back, we sent a message two or three days later and they told us to just send the payment code to them! In fact, it wasn't a problem with the parking fee, but a problem with the service attitude! Very bad.

辦理入住時前台服務熱情又高效，特別點贊Tommy，遇到一點點小插曲，但他解決的方式讓人很舒服，本來衹住一晚，然後果斷續住了一天。
很喜歡這個酒店的裝修風格，房間沒有任何異味，床品柔軟舒適，一整晚都睡得很安穩。另外，酒店早餐品種也很豐富，完全碾壓星級酒店的早餐。酒店的隔音效果也值得稱讚，完全聽不到外界噪音，能讓人在忙碌一天後徹底放鬆。
