必須吐槽一下這次的不好體驗！！住過很多不同地方的高品質酒店，也見過不同酒店的各種服務團隊的服務。這家五鑽酒店吧，外表光鮮亮麗，內部情況不少。就我住的那個房間，如果要挑衞生問題一抹多，服務員送東西還不及時，晚上睡覺房間的水流聲嘩嘩響，酒店是不做隔音的嗎？衞生間排氣的開關完全找不到，或者説根本就關不了？根本休息不好！早餐熱菜區除了不明顯找不到，味道也是無力吐槽得難吃，那些小麪包冷冷的擺在玻璃上也不知道放了好多天了，水果還是新鮮豐富。最無語的還是停車 ，真沒見過哪家五星酒店停車位這麼拐彎抹角的小，車位擁擠不夠停，出場還要付錢的！！給前台打電話居然説解決不了，喊我自己付錢，震驚無語至極！中途想讓前台再補張房卡，回房間還要轉電梯，麻煩就算了，主要是等得太久了，那麼多人等兩部紋絲不動的電梯！其實上面衹是我短暫親生經歷的一部分問題，相信還有其他住客反應的更多問題，原本是氣憤的要差評一下，但是中途因為反應問題而遇到了一位解決問題的GRM，可以説她處理問題的方式和對我語言上的表達給我的感覺，超過了我在任何五星酒店的被官方問候，是親切像朋友一樣的舒服感覺，和她談了很多，從最開始的生氣變成了最後的愉快交流，鬼使神差的既然因為想要專門表揚她而給酒店一個五星。憑這麼多年去不同地方的大酒店經歷，錦江酒店這麼多致命問題的存在，如果不是這位GRM的解決，不知道會有多少差評！但是僅靠她個人的人格魅力是覆蓋不了那些硬傷的。whatever 這個反轉的好評衹是專屬給她的，不是給酒店的！ Tiffany 很優秀！

酒店很好很漂亮，除了停車位子有點少還容易被小區道閘掃上不好處理以外，其它的都挺不錯的。景色很美環境很美，拍照很出片。Tiffany很專業熱情，退房了還主動關心休息的好不好，收集我們的意見，專門打包了昨天沒使用的咖啡帶走， 熱情的邀請了下次再過來。下次肯定會再來的。

很滿意的體驗，還免費升級了無敵江景房，視野無敵好，白天的景色很美，夜景也超級漂亮，酒店地理位置特別好，交通方便，周邊有很多不用品類的美食。意外之喜認識了美麗的酒店裡麪的Tiffany小姐姐，人如其名，敏捷，直覺敏鋭，善解人意，幹練[強][強][強]厲害。

新開的酒店，地理位置、設施設備都很不錯，入住當天前台接待小羅主動免費升級房間，因為酒店裝修很有特色也吸引了不少美女拍照。
贈送的精緻雙人下午茶是酒店特色，在23樓最美觀景處，晚上還可以坐在那裡欣賞燈光下的大橋，讓出差疲憊的心靈得到治癒。
特別表揚小羅耐心幫我解決入住舒適度問題，下次來綿陽還會選擇這裏。

這次短暫的綿陽之旅，在剛到達酒店時出現了一點小小問題，多虧了Tiffany及時幫我們解決，並且得知我們帶着孩子和父母來旅行，貼心的為我們升級了房間，還推薦了好幾家當地的特色飯店，本來我們衹準備停留兩晚，但是家人很喜歡酒店的景色，所以我們又續住了一晚，Tiffany也是非常快速的幫我們訂好了房間，臨走時還給我們送了綿陽文創冰箱貼，非常的貼心，讓我們在旅行居住的期間感到很愉快，舒適，酒店的早餐綿陽米粉非常好吃😋最後一點小小建議，希望酒店的早餐再能多樣化一點就更完美了😝

酒店非常乾淨，裏面的洗漱用品是真正達到五星標準的，所有家人都滿意。
早餐豐富且品質非常好，是這個假期體驗最好的酒店。
入住的時候贈送了一份下午茶，很精緻。
酒店外面是商圈，美食特別多。過橋（沒有樓梯的橋）就是涪江，晚上沿着江邊散步很愜意。
