老闆人很好，很負責。來過兩次了，菜品味道還好，那個燒烤確實分量有點少，凍貨我吃了還老竄。晚上有節目挺熱鬧的，住宿下面就有河溝可以踩水還是安逸。名宿店的小狗真的太乖了，早上七點多就來找我家小狗玩（那會我醒了它就在外面等着）

槽點太多，濃縮吐槽。 1.衞生很差。院裏啥的都有很厚的灰，地上都是垃圾，雖然掃在一起但是沒有運走。房間地板都沒拖過，很明顯就看出來了。房間裏面有很多蟲！！根本沒有除蟲，害怕飛蟲的慎重，因為她們會説山裡到處都有，很正常🙃 2.服務差，服務人員太少！我們晚上去的，結果晚上這唯一的服務人員竟然回家了，整個酒店就我們3個人，還處於深山當中，試問單獨誰敢居住啊？？第二天早上我們因為房間衞生問題找服務人員反饋，這僅有的一個服務人員愛搭不理，説自己找去忙着給其他顧客做飯（因為她説廚師去旅遊了，所以衹有她，所以房間也來不及每天打掃，所以換房間還要自己把被子抱着走），讓我們聯繫老闆，結果根本沒有老闆聯繫方式（後面像平台反饋了，平台也打不通電話，笑死） 3.態度無比倨傲。因為達不到居住條件，我們要求退款，但是聯繫不上老闆，於是向平台反饋，平台多方聯繫老闆後，老闆居然説因為我們和他的服務人員有爭執，所以每間房必須收50%違約金才能退款！這裏就不得不感謝攜程，在攜程的幫助下圓滿解決了。但是真心建議各位朋友們，一定不要訂這家店，，無論從衞生、環境、服務等等來説，都達不到標準！況且還是在法定假期來的，不敢想象平時是不是更加惡劣。

情侶房還是有特色，就是有點小，房間乾淨，五異味。環境很舒適。因為帶孩子，吃飯是個問題，老闆非常熱情，考慮孩子口味，推薦菜品，非常好。還有，回家發現隨身用品忘了，打電話，老闆説馬上寄過來，真的非常感謝！有時間還會光顧。

我們訂的一個別院，性價比挺高的，窗户下面就是小溪，早上坐在窗邊聽着溪水、蟬鳴，特別舒服。菜品味道也不錯，晚上還可以燒烤。因為吃過晚飯的，孩子想體驗自己烤燒烤，老闆特別好，給我們配了一些菜，並沒有按照人頭收費，一百多塊錢，配了很多菜，感覺比平時在燒烤店吃還划算。民宿裏面就有到小溪裏面去玩水的口子，坐在餐廳閣樓的沙發上就可以看見孩子在溪裏玩水，大人輕鬆自在。總的來説很滿意，如果下次去那邊玩，肯定還住這家！

家人們，出行請一定要避坑！第一次遇到這種情況，酒店首頁是提示客人約定酒店不能退款。我是2023年8月11號下午15點半定的酒店，一次性定了4間房，在不知道什麼原因的情況下時隔1個小時微信顯示退了3間房款，我們人多，在16點44分看到約定失敗的那一刻鐘起我立馬選擇了退房，打了酒店電話溝通，酒店一直沒人接，處理訂單需要等待兩個小時，頁面也沒有看到處理結果，我就找了去哪兒客服；從2023年8月11日晚上19點半處理到2023年8月12日早上8點半，客服説終於打通商家電話了，説商家不給予退款，説一直給我們留了一間房；那我很想問商家，我定的4間房，就算系統給我退了3間房，如果説你們真的給我留了一間房，至少顧客打電話來你們應該接電話吧，去哪兒客服和你們溝通，得到的結果是我下午16點半退房，我17點給你們打電話那個期間是不能接電話的，
