這麼大個酒店 洗手間洗漱的時候到處爬蟑螂，大蟑螂小蟑螂，衞生情況有待改進 裝修也很老舊 空調不制熱

椅子壞了，要求更換未能迴應；淋浴設備陳舊，推拉門也關不上淋浴牆與設施都裂開好幾公分啦！房間通風不理想。

總體環境、衞生還可以，服務也還好，入住房間衞生間馬桶蓋已經掉了，放在洗手枱下的，聯繫客房前台説處理不了，也沒房可換，説特價房就這樣了，唉！
