爸爸媽媽到漢中勉縣參觀武侯祠、遊諸葛古鎮，幫他們定了九昱漢水温泉酒店，真是一個世外桃源酒店啊。整個酒店面積超大，分酒店和温泉二部分，院內綠樹環繞、花木繁茂，整潔美觀。酒店從前台到餐廳服務人員，人人都文明禮貌，熱情接待。早餐是可口的配餐，品種口味都不錯；午餐是26元物美價廉的自助餐，各種炒菜精緻美味。住酒店贈送温泉票，這裏的温泉是天然古温泉，陝南第一湯。温泉裏面水温、環境和人員服務都很好，值得稱讚👍！晚上和上午可以去享受2次，淡季住酒店的價格加上免費泡温泉，非常值！

房間乾淨衞生，用品設施看着比較新，酒店雖然離公路不遠，但晚上路上車少，很安靜。美中不足是感覺床墊不太好（和勉縣艾斯酒店比較）。
酒店早餐不錯，種類多，味道也不錯，尤其是核桃饃、麪皮、花捲好評，肉類和水果有改進空間。
酒店亮點是提供不限次數的温泉門票，這裡是硫磺温泉，但硫磺味不大（很久前這裏的硫磺温泉味道很重，泡一次幾天後身上還有硫磺味），各種泡池應該有幾十個吧，服務很好，免費提供茶水和很方便的毛巾更換，不小心就會玩很久，很不錯的温泉。

這個酒店太適合自駕出行了。酒店服務好，停車免費，房間設施齊全，憑房卡上午十點到晚上十點隨時可以泡温泉，酒店自帶餐廳的飯菜好吃又不貴，推薦！

酒店挺大氣的，設施沒得説，就是細節要注意。
尤其是前台服務，你開温泉酒店，住店包涵温泉，幹嘛還要限定次數，不大氣！
關鍵是有人跟你掰扯，你就不限次數，這樣真的不好！

設施：老舊，
衞生：沒有打掃乾淨
環境：在國道旁邊，噪音很大
服務：一般，服務員培訓不專業。
一開始入住過門崗保安竟然連房型分不清亂指路，還是我打了前台電話才知道怎麼走，進入房間後還發現遺留的垃圾和煙蒂！這都可以忍，晚上回來了剛想看電視，電視機叫了三波人來修！隔音效果極差！早上大清早跟雷轟炸一樣的噪音！水體從熱水出水口處竟然還有蟲子的屍體！水顏色不好。希望去的其他客人們有一個參考意見。

房間整體很舒服，2大2小，這個1.3米的床住的也很舒服，不擁擠。整個温泉區域孩子們也玩的很開心，離縣城及景區也很近，出行方便。

衞生間及陽台衞生打掃不徹底，衞生間角落有煙灰，淋浴間有水銹。衞生有待提高。

設施：酒店房間普普通通，看了資料應該是國企下屬企業，房間比較大，帶一個陽台，因為遠離市區，夜晚比較安靜，但是床墊與布草非常一般，尤其是自來水不太好，燒水有一股怪味，水鹼也比較大，估計與温泉有關。
衞生：衞生整體滿意，地面整潔，枱麪整潔。
環境：酒店規模比較大，客房也多，一樓設定了小童玩具，由於沒在市區，購物有些不方便，衹有酒店後門賣一些小商品泡麪等，略顯不變。
服務：服務人員禮貌熱情，估計與春節放假遊客多的原因，感覺服務人員都略顯疲憊。
