本來過年回家滿心期待帶着家人來這裏，結果期待沒有，變成一堆無語。
1，衞生不好，看圖片，感覺很久沒有維護一樣。水龍頭上銹跡斑斑，衞生間為沒有門。
2，沒有熱水！能想象在大冬天住酒店，結果酒店沒有熱水嗎？服務員讓放久一點，結果半小時了還是沒有熱水。給換了2間房都是這種情況！到第二天我們退房的時候還是沒有熱水！也沒有人跟進這個事情，建議後面訂酒店的朋友先問問他們有沒有熱水哦！
3，號稱温泉酒店，結果是衹能泡一次温泉，就很離譜，之前去過很多温泉酒店，基本住酒店的都是無限次泡温泉，完全沒想到這裏衹能泡一次，睡前本來打算再泡一下，被服務員拒絕並解釋衹能泡一次，震驚，當然後來我翻看訂單了裏面確實寫了衹能泡一次。挺無語的，這麼偏的地方，酒店又是這樣，怎麼好意思叫温泉酒店呢？應該是住酒店贈送温泉一次！
4，温泉開放的挺多的，池子也很多，水也不錯。但是整體服務人員很少，各個温泉之間也沒有放置浴巾的地方，必須在一開始出去的時候帶上一條，然後就沒有了，從頭到尾就一條，不知道是人少偷懶還是一直這樣設計的，感覺有點浪費這麼好的温泉資源了。
最開始訂是打算去西安，後來看漢中也有，還是排行榜第一名，哇，結果就是這樣，真的挺失望的。

酒店位於市中心，交通便利，入住後體驗感不錯，房間寬敞明亮，床品也很乾凈舒適。前台服務人員也是貼心的把幾間房安排在了同層，非常不錯。周邊就是-古漢台走路就可以過去，一行人對酒店印象非常好，都覺得各方面不錯，推薦給大家

房間非常大，有大陽台，內部設施整體中規中矩，因為在郊區，空氣非常好，配置有棋牌室，餐飲非常合口，湯池也多，硫磺味濃郁，浴巾拖鞋都是現成的，淋浴用品都是比較好的，服務員的薑茶及時到位，性價比非常高。值得推薦

酒店加温泉套票性價比比較高，停車免費，就是周圍吃的比較少，想自己吃點好的得開車去勉縣縣城，大概八九公里遠.

性價比超高，尤其是温泉，應該是天然的。酒店不錯，各類服務人員態度都好，房間也挺大，但少點掛衣服的櫃子（現有的太薄了吧），浴室裡外也沒有任何地方可掛極不方便

第一次去，很欣喜。第一是覺得性價比很高，第二是温泉水是我泡過很正宗的地下温泉，第三是酒店佈局軟裝都很高級，如果放在西安，至少一晚上兩三千。周邊空氣也好，酒店設施齊全，羽毛球🏸乒乓球🏓健身房都有，可以住兩天。推薦去👍

非常不錯，除了房間裏的礦泉水不免費續補以外，其他都很好，住了私湯，聞着確實是天然那種温泉，房間挺大的，衞生間有一點不好，乾濕沒分離，洗澡整個衞生間都是水
