There is no hot water in the morning, the air conditioner is turned off in the middle of the night, the toilet is not flushed, the hair dryer is broken, and the elevator is broken in the morning. Hope to improve it soon. big winter

前台服務態度差，明明空着很多房間讓前台安排個窗户不臨河的房間，晚上安靜點不影響休息，被冷漠的拒絕説讓關緊窗户就不會聽見，果然晚上河水嘩嘩啦啦，弄得一夜難眠。床單被套蓋着有點癢不知什麼原因，以為是個體差異，哪知同行者也覺得蓋的被子有點癢。多跑了好多公里，本想住他這裏可遊一下泳的，沒成想大池子被推了，訂房時卻不知道這個情況，房價也並無優惠。

温泉就是一個池子，裏面又冷又臟，水上滑梯也沒有，看了一眼根本不敢讓小朋友去泡
設施：洗個澡水温低的衹敢沖一下熱水都沒有，衹能叫温水
衞生：我們開了三間，其中一個標間進去牀頭櫃就放着一個未喝完的飲料瓶，電視櫃上有個煙頭
環境：沒有環境，門口橋頭上有些桌椅可以喝茶
服務：早上睡醒收拾完退房，服務員要我加兩個人的早餐錢，我一臉蒙，我説什麼早餐錢，她説我們多兩個人要加錢，我就問她我們吃早餐了嗎，她還反問我你們沒吃嗎，我説我們三間哪間去吃飯了，而且我們早餐包含6個人，都沒去你是不是還的退錢呢
這家酒店我們從西昌過去非常偏僻，如果是要泡温泉的這家就算了吧，如果是住宿，480毫無性價比，踩雷，退房我們就趕回去花水灣中鐵泡温泉了

就在下了高速路不遠處，下了高速都是縣道，夜裡到達。停車位充足，酒店裝修中規中矩，臨着一條河，河水隆隆，白天看環境應該是不錯的，送的温泉票沒去。晚餐在酒店院靠外面的農家菜館，服務人員熱情友善。酒店還送了早餐。

此次入住體驗感非常好，客觀的講，酒店硬件雖然不能和星級酒店比，但是服務是超五星標準。特別是前台值班的小鄧女士及其領導，幫我找到了遺忘在客房兩天的卡包並且親自郵寄給我，裏面的現金都是小事，特別是4張身份證對我來説太重要了。讓我體會到了人生最好的兩個詞，失而復得，虛驚一場。謝謝你們的管理團隊。

位置不錯，大環境不錯，停車方便，餐飲一般，泳池和温泉乾淨，幹蒸也不錯。但是一覺醒來身上被不明物物咬了好多包，幾天後都沒有好。
