酒店在靈山腳下，適合遊玩靈山歇腳之處。庭院有些特色。但是房間手機信號太差 WIFI也十分不給力 導致衹能早早休息。也算是個小插曲吧。另外 隔壁的飯店的晚餐做的挺好吃的。

一樓房間基本上有黴味，衞生間防水有問題，導致牆面長毛，酒店應該空置比較久，服務跟不上，其實院落修得也不錯，管理需要加強。好在酒店不遠有火盆吃

作為一個設施設備較新的酒店，乍一看感覺還不錯，因為要早起去靈山寺燒香，特意選了一個離得近的酒店，在小紅書上面看起來還不錯，心想300多的縣城酒店按理説應該很好。
結果到了以後，前台給人第一印象就非常差，排隊等待辦理入住，前台沒有一點想要安撫等待中的客人。辦公效率低下，缺乏系統的技能培訓和職業素養培訓。
房間不大，巾類很新，衞生還行，當然細節經不起考驗。馬桶蓋鬆鬆垮垮，房頂有蜘蛛網，洗完澡躺床上，感覺身上很癢，應該是布草洗滌葯水的緣故，希望能有改進！ 晚上關燈以後，有不知名飛蟲（不是蚊子）一直在臉旁邊飛；燈光按鍵設定一點都不合理，亮着光，在床兩旁，就像幾盞小夜燈，嚴重影響睡眠；床墊很硬，一晚上沒睡好。
早餐品種太少，很不好吃。
酒店是冕寧國有控股，雖然投資很多，各項配套相對完善，但是對於整個酒店的管理和運營缺乏經驗，給人一種空有其表的感覺。一個好的酒店不僅應該有好的硬件配套，好的服務才是留住客户的最佳方式。

雖然酒店硬件一般 但是服務真的很好 早餐蔬菜多但味道還不錯 還有麻將桌 但房間內沒有洗手液梳子等備品 希望可以改進一下 停車很方便

酒店座落在靈山寺腳下，環境很好酒店有幾個院子，房間分佈在三個院內，設計古色古香，比較雅緻。房間寬敞明亮，配有小陽台，一眼望去全是翠綠。服務員也沒有評價説的態度不好，保安大哥特別熱情，工作人員都是當地的阿姨淳樸，總之性價比很高，下次還要過來入住。希望酒店早點把充電樁修好，不然真的不方便啊！

房間乾淨整潔，晚上安靜，睡得很好。酒店環境也非常棒，花草樹木搭配完美，園區造景禪意十足，下次路過還會選擇入住。前台服務也挺好，回答問題很認真。餐廳的菜品性價比也很高，味道不錯。就是客房服務員跟客人對面而過，看到客人都不會主動打招呼，可以加強培訓，真正給客人賓至如歸的感覺。

酒店距離靈山寺很近，開車10分鐘左右到達景區門口，酒店很新，我們定的家庭套房，客廳很大，適合一家人在這裏吃東西聊聊天，主卧有浴缸，貼心準備了一次性浴缸墊，很方便，小朋友超級開心。
