We booked the Hampton inn hotel for 5 days. We arrived to Miami in the early afternoon and were quickly greeted at the reception with warmth and a beautiful welcome. It took a few minutes and we received all the information we needed for our stay and keys to the room. A beautiful and spacious room, very clean, a spotless bathroom equipped with many towels of all sizes, hair dryer, soaps and everything needed for bathing. The room has a TV, small fridge, safe, iron, coffee machine and more. American style breakfast, nothing was missing. The day before our return flight I was attacked by severe stomach pains and I went to the hospital, where I had emergency surgery that forced us to stay for several more days. The reception staff immediately checked and reserved the room for us until we could leave. When I was released from the hospital, we realized that the room we had was not suitable for recovery and we asked if we could get another room. It should be noted that it was a weekend and the hotel was full. The reception staff went above and beyond, did not give up and even contacted the management until they found a suitable room and also stated that they would not charge us in the price difference. I would especially like to mention Jose and Francisco who helped us above and beyond with sending and printing documents we needed. They responded quickly and efficiently to every request. In addition, the hotel is close to many attractions and points of interest. Highly recommended

When I say I absolutely loved this place, I loved it this was my first stay all the way from New Jersey for a 5 day stay, I know even know where to start I was checked in by the security that helps around she was so prefect anytime we needed anything she would help or guide us in the right direction. I was so sad I didn’t get to see her my last two nights I wanted to tip her so bad n give her the most appreciative hug☺️But not to mention they have a restaurant downstairs in boy it’s this one person I will never forget unfortunately I didn’t get his name bc we started a conversation about a iguana, yea a laugh lol, an from there all I did is call him my friend 😂 but from the moment to the end he kept me laughing so hard I already miss having lunch there so we can laugh. But I’m gone end here wit when I come back I hope to see the same two people I absolutely wanna thank everyone for making us feel like we where home 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Had a horrible experience a couple of blocks away at some trashy place… But not only was this hotel the exact opposite of that, but they ACTUALLY got me in the vacation mood right back again. Luis the manager was nothing but a knowledgeable young man of the area and his hospitality is what got me to give this a shot. 10/10

The location of the hotel is very convenient. It's a 3-minute walk from the MetroMover Bayfront station. It's next to the seaside park and the Bayside business district. There are also whole foods and CVS within a 10-minute walk. The hotel meets intercontinental standards and check-in at the front desk was quick even on Thanksgiving Day. Sea view rooms also have a great view of the bay. The room was very quiet. Sanitary cleaning is qualified. You can only choose valet parking, and the overnight fee is 55.37, which can be combined with the room deposit and credit card payment. When you pick up your car, just reply to the parking text message and someone will pick it up in less than 5 minutes, which is very convenient. The hotel has sixt car rental company, if you don't have a car rental option. Overall very satisfied.

Welcoming & vibrant stay! Absolutely loved this hotel. Although yes, the rooms are quite small you’ll survive! Free cocktail drink coupon on arrival too. The hotel has everything you need including a massive comfortable bed, led lighting and ‘Iron rooms’ on quite a few floors. Being able to iron with ease is a win on holiday. Staff were lovely & bubbly. Location was great, lots of work space in the lobby and the roof top pool was fab!

This hotel is embarrassing and an insult to the name “Regency”. It is surprising such a structure, in this condition, is nearby a major US airport such as Miami International. No laundry / dry cleaning service is available. The structure looks like it hasn’t been refurbished since the early 60s of the 20th century. The only photos that still represent the existing condition of the structure today are the ones of the pool, but unfortunately it was closed but I stayed there — or rather, when I checked in and then checked out after half an hour. First time in my life that I change hotel after check-in because of the conditions of the building and the services provided. A special mention goes to the staff, that is kind, proactive and truly at the client’s disposal (not ironic: I mean it). You can tell that they do what they can to compensate the hotel’s conditions, but unfortunately in this case the problem is not the staff: it is the hotel.

Easy shuttle from the airport. The automated Hilton Honors pre check-in worked well so we headed straight up to our but on arrival we discovered our room was next to a very noisy elevator and every time it passed by it made a loud metallic rattling noise on the wall next to the bed. We called reception and eventually got an answer. They said they would call back to let us know if they had another room but after 30 minutes did not call back. I went down and joined the reception queue and then eventually did get a room away from the elevators. The reception said they were aware of the noise issue. We decided to go for a cocktail before retiring (they had ”Havana Night” specials?) and it was the weakest and most tasteless cocktail on record. Other than that the room was comfortable and quiet.

Four points by Sheraton MIA We arrived to MIA called Sheraton Was instructed to go to door 23 and shuttle would be there to pick us up Within 1/2 hour we were picked up Lobby was nice Front desk staff were pleasant I’m silver elite w Marriott and was offered no upgrade or breakfast Their buffet is over $17.00 plus tax pp I thought that was a little pricey for the offerings They do have a bar that offers food and happy hour as well Fitness center was clean and had the basic equipment Pool was small but clean with a small waterfall. Shuttle runs every half hour Room with two double beds Room was clean. The floors could have been mopped alittle more. Bed was comfortable Bathroom was clean. No body lotion but overall bath products were great Overall if you are looking for a nice place to stay for a quick overnight this is your place. Shuttle driver was great Francisco was very nice and helped me figure out how to get to Avis to continue our trip to key west Would stay again

GGuest UserSpent 6 nights here spread out before and after a cruise from Miami port. We booked hotel in a Black Friday sale and opted for breakfast included. Overall we enjoyed our stay. The hotel has a new look to it and is tastefully decorated throughout. We had some teething problems with our rooms ( No power in sockets on one side of room, hotel safe not working, no wardrobe in room on our 2nd visit, room not cleaned on first day until we asked the floor supervisor that evening at 5.15pm who admitted that our room was not on her roster for cleaning that day, no shower seat in accessible bathroom, as I am disabled). However staff were very keen to rectify these issues quickly and they were addressed promptly apart from the safe after the trainee on reception told us he’d send someone to the room to sort it while we were at dinner. This didn’t happen and we had to wait until the following morning where we were told by a more senior receptionist that it’s policy not to send engineers to a room if the guests are not there. It was then sorted with ten minutes. We also had an issue with our credit card with this trainee manager that was eventually sorted out by Erik. In fact, the staff were very pleasant and their attitude would definitely persuade us to return if we visited Miami again. We must mention Sabrina, Erik and Ayainna who were extremely easy and pleasant to deal with. I’m sure they were not looking forward to seeing us approaching the reception desk. But these were genuine issues that should not have arisen and to be fair they were all dealt with and solved calmly and quickly, with 1 exception. The rooms during both our stays (4 nights and 2 nights) were very spacious. Beds were extremely comfortable with luxurious bed coverings. Both rooms were a generous size. Lighting was very good, storage space was perfect. Bathrooms were spacious and spotless. The breakfast though on the expensive side, was an excellent buffet style with some nice treats such as fresh fruit bowls, soaked over night oats, and fresh pastries . There was plenty of choice and service was good most mornings. We also ate dinner there on 3 nights and the food was good. We used the swimming pool on the top floor. It was heated slightly and was very pleasant though it got a bit busy in the evenings. There is a very pleasant terrace and bar up there also with great views of the city, especially at night time. Hotel is located about 10 mins walk from the Brickell stop on the people mover. We enjoyed our stay, it’s an expensive hotel when you include breakfast so we expected everything to be right for what we were paying. However the can do attitude of staff convinced us we were just unlucky and we hope to visit Miami again and therefore this hotel. If I had a choice I’d have given a 3.5 rating for our stay purely related to the difficulties mentioned above

YYUETINGWe will stay here again when we come back to Miami. The hotel service is very good, we arrived very early in the morning, the hotel still tried to help us find a vacant room for us to check in. There are big supermarkets, pharmacies and monorails that travel around the city for free within a few minutes of walking. I will still live here next time.

GGuest UserI'm giving my experience a 5 star review because of Peter and his welcoming energy! He was fabulous and super helpful during our entire stay. The only negative experience would be the super thin walls. I could hear conversations (and other activities) from my neighbors on both sides of the wall. I stayed on the 15th floor. Hotel is in great location - walking distance to coffee, convenience stories and great restaurants in Brickell Village. Bed and pillows comfortable. My only suggestion would be to add a rack or shelf in the shower to hold soap, shampoo, etc. Quick and great valet service.

If the store was not going to allow early check-in, we would store the luggage and go out to play. They just moved in without a word. In particular, I want to say that the hotel's mattresses are moderately soft and comfortable. If there are any disadvantages, it is far from the city and the beach.

DDr.MaiIn my first stay I had been in tenth floor which is more better and newer but my second stay they gave me a room in fourth floor which is aged and old and no refrigerator or microwave inside . I didn’t like it but as a whole the hotel is Ok , staff at the reception need to be more friendly and smile to visitors. Some of them they don’t even answer a complete answer . It’s all about the location , location , location in the heart of the downtown where you can go all around at day but at night alot of homeless around the area . As it was OK . Don’t forget to bring your water with you .

GGuest UserThe hotel couldn't be any closer or more convenient to the terminals and for our early am check in. We had access to the entire terminal's shops and restaurants. We walked around looking at our gate areas, so we knew where we needed to go. Check in was easy however, they didn't mention the restaurant on the 7th floor so instead, we ended up paying over $100 at a chain restaurant with a burger/sandwich menu. The price point is extremely high for what you get - for $250 plus a night I'd expect a refrigerator or a microwave, some wash cloths, more than one regular coffee packet and some soap, however, once we asked twice, we received these items fairly quickly. The rooms are dated, not doubt, but the king bed was big and comfy. I was rather pleased with the bright lighting and expandable makeup mirror in the bathroom. Nice to see what you really look like rather than looking in a dim mirror for once which is what you get now at higher end facilities. The window was filthy so there was no looking out the window-to be fair I doubt its easy to clean when jets are constantly flying over your head. The carpet needs to be replaced, there really was very little left of it in the room. Hallway carpet dated but clean. The TV/cable didn't work due to provider changes occurring within the county and the airport is a county building (which is was what we were told when we asked how to use the TV.) We were able to use wireless to stream TV on the iPad - it would have nice if they mentioned that as well so we weren't fighting about how to work the remote. There are really no amenities, and I would say this is comparable to an older but clean motel. However, it took 28 minutes total in the morning to check in, check our bags, get through security and be seated at the gate. Long story short, we would stay there again for an early am flight if we could get a cheaper price.

GGuest UserThe rooms have been remodeled and are very nice. Good design. We had issues with our toilet not flushing. An extra blanket and bath mat would have been helpful. There is now a minimal charge for parking. It is obvious the hotel is making improvements. The location is very convenient in a urban setting. A very nice room for budget travelers.
