Super downtown! 5 minutes walk from the mall, very safe. The interior design of the hotel is very beautiful and modern. The room is small, but I can accept it for this location. The system in the room is controlled by an iPad, the system is very smooth, and there is Chinese, which is very considerate. The service attitude of the front desk guy is very good! No breakfast, buy it alone for 23 dollars, but there are many restaurants and cafes around. Recommended.

Very good hotel, great experience, especially there is a free tram next to it, very convenient to the Bay Gardens, the river, the Bay Market, and Eighth Street. You can take the tram to the Government Center and take the Orange Line to the airport. The hotel has a beautiful view. I stayed in a city view room, the view is very beautiful. The room has IPA, you can control the lights and turn on the TV. Breakfast is from 6 to 11, during this period, no one cares about you, you can eat as much as you want. The hotel with the best experience during my stay in Miami.

We will stay here again when we come back to Miami. The hotel service is very good, we arrived very early in the morning, the hotel still tried to help us find a vacant room for us to check in. There are big supermarkets, pharmacies and monorails that travel around the city for free within a few minutes of walking. I will still live here next time.

This hotel has never let me down. Very well placed - with super friendly staff who are there to help with anything. Thats why I keep coming back. And I will be again very soon!

Location is convenient. Room for improvement, viewing from the amount paid for my stay, we only received 2 small bottles of water for our 7 days stay. First time experience hotel don't provide kettle for hot water, in room only provide coffee and no option for tea. Felt like I am stay in the 2 stars hotel. Not worth the amount I paid per night of 350+ stay. Don't think I will be returning back to stay.

Decent Stay, but Lacking the Hilton Touch We arrived in Miami around 7 PM and headed straight to check-in. The lady at reception greeted us with minimal hospitality—no smile, no warmth—just a routine check-in. While she did her job efficiently, a simple welcoming gesture would have made a difference, especially at a Hilton, where a bit of warmth is generally expected. Our room was underwhelming—fairly compact for two adults and two 13-year olds with four pieces of luggage, making the space feel cramped. The biggest disappointment was the lingering smell of smoke in what was supposed to be a non-smoking room. Exhausted after a 14-hour flight, we opted not to complain and just settled in for the night. On the plus side, the location is convenient, with plenty of nearby attractions and dining options. The area gives off an old-money, relaxed vibe, which we appreciated. We stayed for two nights before our cruise to the Caribbean, and while the experience wasn’t terrible, it didn’t leave a lasting impression. Would I stay here again? Probably not—not because it was a bad experience, but because I’d prefer to explore other hotels that might offer better value for the price and better hospitality. PS. We didn't use cleaning service as we were only staying for 2 nights. But the cleaning lady, slightly older and only speak Spanish, was just the sweetest, and offer us extra bottle of waters.

Overall pleasant experience. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. The hotel was clean, though it wasn’t quite up to the highest standard—there were a few areas that could use a little more attention. The decorations felt a bit outdated, which gave the space an older, less modern feel, but it didn’t detract too much from the comfort. One of the biggest perks was the hotel's location—just a short walk to the beach, which was fantastic for enjoying the ocean. Overall, it was a good night stay with a few minor areas for improvement.

The staff was kind to me. The room was quite modern. The gym is great! Fully equipped.

Great place , super clean. No complaints aside from it being hard to extend the booking. Customer service needs to work on better Protocols.

Modern interiors and spacious rooms. Our window was dirty so couldn’t see anything out from the 15th floor. Although the building looks new we heard pipe noises frequently. That was annoying. Gym and pool are great. They don’t give complimentary drinking water bottle in room but there’s a water fountain next to the gym which is open 8am - 8pm. Make sure you have a reusable bottle. They don’t have steam room or sauna. They say city view for the pool and gym but you say residential buildings in the front and hotel. But you can do sunbathing. Front desk staff and other staff is friendly and have a smiling place always. The cafe, lobby and rooms have stunning interiors. The outdoor cafe at the back is a great place to hang out. I’d stay here again if I get discount :)
