樓頂有泳池，算比較漂亮。
酒店風格比較潮，就是大堂比較小，司機很難找到準確定位。
有個比較大的陽台，但不能抽煙。
位置是市中心，算比較安全，周邊很多酒店。

The style of the hotel is relatively trendy, but the lobby is relatively small, and it is difficult for the driver to find an accurate location.
There is a relatively large balcony, but smoking is not allowed.
The location is in the city center, which is relatively safe, and there are many hotels around.

酒店服務完全沒有的，員工態度也差。
叫送瓶水都要打三次電話。通常等半小時左右。

電話確認過了續住我還在睡覺 還要來敲門兩次 強行叫我預訂。

The hotel service is completely lacking and the attitude of the staff is poor.
It takes three calls to get a bottle of water. Usually wait about half an hour.

After calling to confirm my stay, I was still sleeping and they knocked on the door twice to force me to make a reservation.

The location is very good, in the heart of the Brickell business district, the hotel is very stylish and the interior is decorated like the W Shanghai. The MINI BAR in the room has a lot of drinks, of course, there is a charge, and the night bed is open to provide Evian water. Of course, the price of Evian water in the United States is particularly close to the people. Worth staying in Miami!

I could not have asked for better service from arrival to departure. Upon our arrival we were greeted immediately. The concierge was the best I have ever had when arriving to a luxury hotel. He took our bags up and placed them in the closet, he also wrote all the names to the best restaurants that Miami had to offer. I will definitely be staying at this location my next visit. 

Location is fairly good, near to the mall. Service is good as well, they provided us water every time we came back and left the hotel (very hot weather so it was very helpful).
