I have already stayed for two nights. After the schedule was changed, I had to stay for another night. The front desk asked me to re-order, which was very troublesome. There was always a long queue at the front desk, and the check-in process was lengthy and time-consuming. I have never stayed in a hotel that was so inefficient. The owner of this hotel only wants to save money. The employees are busy and hard-working but not well-trained. The auntie in the restaurant is very busy. This hotel should hire more employees. The limited manpower can't handle so many customers. The washing machine is free, but the inside of the machine is very dirty. It seems that there is no time to clean it. I don't recommend this hotel.

The staff at the hotel is great, but their shuttle service is the worst, as it only runs once an hour. We missed the first shuttle because it was at full capacity, and after waiting for 45 minutes without it arriving, we ended up taking a taxi.
Overall, the hotel is clean, and the breakfast area on the 10th floor offers a nice space with a good selection of options. The pool is also clean and well-maintained.
Check-in can take some time, especially if you're traveling with a large group. The area around the hotel is very nice, with plenty of dining options and stores nearby.
I definitely recommend this hotel for families with kids.

The staff were very helpful and knowledgable. I flew in from Michigan around 8am, and although there were no rooms available, my son and I were able to grab breakfast and sit in the cafeteria until a suite opened up around 12 pm. There were tvs,plenty of seats, a pool table and games there to pass the time. The continental breakfast was great and we had a variety of foods to choose from.
The hotel was very clean and so was our room. The only issue I had were the surroundings. The pool was nice. It was quite small but the perfect size for a couple of families. The grounds surrounding it looked cracked and worn and there were weeds everywhere. Would have give 5 stars if the outer appearance of the hotel wasn't so drab.
On a positive note the hotel was close to a Jersey Mikes and Tropical Smoothie and about 20 minutes from popular tourist spots in Miami (depending on the traffic). There is a complimentary shuttle that gets you to and from the airport for free. All in all I enjoyed my stay and would definitely come again!

I have a really enjoyable time at this suites, couse is not a room is a suite. Nice space, very clean, everything in order. Continental breakfast excellent on the the top 10 floor. Manager do the best to fill my request. Really pleasant. Only thing was the Parking which is charged separately. After that i wiil come back.

Very Nice! Don’t use the shuttle!
The hotel was very nice! The shuttle service was not good. I’d recommend taking a taxi or Uber to the hotel.
