This is the worst five-star hotel I have ever seen. The carpets in the corridors of the hotel are old and dirty. There are many stains on them. There are also a lot of paper scraps and other garbage. No one has cleaned them up for four days. The service was very poor. I asked for an extra quilt on the first day. However, I called three times and the quilt was delivered twice. Finally, I contacted Ctrip to help solve the problem and the quilt was delivered. They also lied to Ctrip and said they couldn't find thick quilts. I have stayed in countless hotels and was one of the earliest users of Ctrip. This is the first time I have written a negative review and the first time I have encountered such a bad hotel. If I couldn't unsubscribe, I wouldn't live there. I feel like they don't have to worry about customers, you can't help but love them.

Very noisy at night time which is to be expected in Down Town Brickell, we stayed in one of the Resident suites on the 9th Floor on the entrance side of the hotel and very little sound proofing and you could hear the noises of the street.
Also making use of the pool deck is pointless as there is limited sun light in the early morning and again an hour after lunch - Overall lovely hotel that fits right in Brickell

East is very central for shopping and good restaruants. The rooms are spacious and resonable. My only complaint would be a 10$ charge for holding packages.

Everything was perfect except we didn’t receive any of soaps and shampoo before arrival and we noticed after walking around in our white socks that our socks were pretty dirty after walking around

No complimentary bottles of water,No view..you will see the people from the property in front day and night if you don’t close the curtains… forget about the Miami views
They will charge you for everything and will make you pay a fees for everything including the mini fridge fee…ridiculous!!!!!!
The only positive is that the food at the restaurant is good!

The hotel is clean, staff is friendly and it is located near many stores and restaurants. The hotel offers many amenities such as gym classes and training, bicycles for use, and pool access. This is my go to hotel when I stop into miami.
