One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in. The room design is totally unreasonable. There is no place for guests to put their things on the washbasin, no place to charge the phone at the bedside, and no shower curtain in the bathtub. It's just half a piece of glass. I really can't understand it. Many facilities were rusty and the floor was sticky as if it had not been cleaned. The worst thing was that the air conditioner was super noisy and broken, the heating didn't work at all, the whole room was as cold as a refrigerator. The front desk staff service was also indifferent. The location is also far from the main scenic spots, at least 20 minutes drive. We booked a sea view room, but we had to lean our head out to see a partial sea view. I have never seen such a bad hotel, I will never come again!

The area was absolutely lovely, with plenty of activities to enjoy at a reasonable price. The room was spotless, although there were a few minor imperfections, but they definitely didn't detract from the overall experience. Additionally, the room included a complimentary bottle of wine and a $30 gift card to a fantastic café.

Our stay at this property was everything advertised and more. Easy check-in, great communication with the staff prior and wonderful amenities. It is an ideal location as a home base for your Miami and Coconut Grove stay. I would certainly stay here again.
