My experience was horrible, I booked for two nights and on the second day when I returned to the hotel around 9:00 pm my key did not work, they had checked out. After activating the key to enter the room the biggest surprise was that my belongings They were not there, they had been picked up and put in a hotel security deposit, parking is not included in the reservation, you end up paying for it. The parks for the disabled were occupied by people without the required permit. I really won't book a Sheraton hotel again.

Después de activar la llave para entrar a la habitación la mayor sorpresa fue que mis pertenencias no estaban allí, las habían recogido y puesto en un depósito de seguridad del hotel, el estacionamiento no está incluido en la reserva, lo terminas pagando. Los parqueos para discapacitados fueron ocupados por personas sin el permiso requerido. Realmente no volveré a reservar un hotel Sheraton.Gracias

Very satisfied with the hotel and booking experience! I booked the hotel on "Ctrip". The hotel is stylishly decorated, clean and sanitary. Check-in and check-out are very fast. The hotel has a shuttle bus to Miami Airport 24 hours a day, every 15 minutes, and the breakfast is on the first floor. It tastes very good. The swimming pool is also on the first floor. Five-star recommendation! The hotel is right next to the airport, very close, you can see the planes taking off and landing, and the sound insulation is very good! Thank you Ctrip!
