Parking for 20 usd per night!! Hotels in the area park for free!
They only clean your room every 7th day and if you stay 3 if you don't ask for it the day before they don't make your bed, they only remove the garbage and replace towels. This after the pandemic is inconceivable and now because you don't complain they say it's hotel policy!!! They hire much less cleaning people and that does not make the service they do not provide lower the rate, because they say it is complementary!!! You have to stretch your own bed at home!

Short stop after coming back from a cruise. 22 min from the Cruise terminal and 10 min from airport. The hotels included shuttle, which in Miami is a great deal.

Great location by airport. Room size was awesome with 4 adults. Guest services was great accommodating a little bit of an early check in because we requested it a week prior. Nice staff!!

Clean rooms, pretty view. Tasty breakfast. They do have a cruise port shuttle but it fills up quickly. Will definitely stay again.

The hallway (5th floor) and the room had an unpleasant odor. There is not sufficient light in the desk area to do work. I had to fix my own toilet because it wouldn’t stop running and the front desk wasn’t answering the phone for me to report it. The hot water was out the entire time I was there and there were no accommodations or compensation offered. They said it was due to a county issue that they didn’t offer compensation but they should have told me that when I checked in since they already knew of the issue.

Arrived late and was given a room with two double beds instead of the king we had reserved months in advance. We had even called the hotel and told them that we would be arriving later (11 pm). Then when we finally get to our room, there was a party in the room next door.
