Smart Brickell Hotel

Good apartment hotel, just as excepted. Great location and building.

Our stay was generally pleasant with a few issues that were corrected during our stay. The TV wasn't set up properly and required a visit by a technical guru to fix. The bathroom initially had a strong odor emanating from the shower drain which was eliminated after a visit from the cleaning staff. Location is good with less than a 5 minute walk to the public transportation. Nearby dining options are limited. It's a new build, quite nice but austere. There are no finishings, wall decorations, etc. so the room is rather bland white. A large flat screen TV is provided in the bedroom but the living room with a comfortable couch & chair for TV viewing has provision for a TV but there was none installed. The walk in shower is spacious but has no shelf for shampoo, etc. - perhaps a later addition?

There was no place to eat, or even get a soft drink. Also, the phone didn’t work. They tried to change it, but the problem was the wiring in the wall.

The whole building is very nice and the rooms are spacious. The staff are lovely and provide us with everything we need. Isa from reception helped us check in and was always there if we needed help

This was the perfect find for my little trip, staff was exceptional, great amenities - the sauna was a HUGE surprise and I used it every day. The location was perfect! Right in the heart of Brickell, and close to the highway for easy in and out to different areas of the city. I will definitely book again!

It was nice rooms were nice workers were extremely nice the pool was nice but it is still under construction

Hotel was very nice and definitely recently updated ( pillows, blankets etc still had tags on them ). Staff was friendly and location was great. Only issue was the lounge areas upstairs were unfinished and ice machine was not yet installed. Over all was very nice

Property is virtually new, and the room was very clean with all new amenities. The area around the hotel has quite a bit of construction going on, not a problem for us, as we were just staying one night before a cruise.
