"We stayed here for a layover in Miami and we felt the value for money was very fair. We were so happy to have the convenience of being right at the gate and ready for our connection the next day. The room was clean, the staff was friendly and the amenities were well sufficient. Admittedly the room was a little noisy as you can hear the water pipes running really well when someone is taking a shower. But we would stay there again when having a layover. It’s true that other hotels around the airport offer similar standard and amenities at a bit of a lower price, but when coming in late and tired, I don’t fancy waiting for a shuttle bus that stops at 7 more hotels. And in the morning having to wait and hope you fit on the right shuttle or plan on taking the earlier shuttle just in case…is time consuming and inconvenient too. Of course you can take a taxi or uber to your hotel, but by the time you paid for the way there and back, you might as well paid the same (or more) as for a night at the airport hotel. We will stay there again for sure, especially if our planes comes in light and the connection requires an early start at check-in and TSA."

"My room was very spacious bcs it was wheelchair accessible. Room is clean, well cooled. Equipped with adjustable AC. Check in to check out process was great. Very friendly agent Pedro was calm and courteous. Location is favourable for my asylum office interview on 1501 Biscayne. Service and room checks all five stars!"

"Overall pleasant experience. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. The hotel was clean, though it wasn’t quite up to the highest standard—there were a few areas that could use a little more attention. The decorations felt a bit outdated, which gave the space an older, less modern feel, but it didn’t detract too much from the comfort. One of the biggest perks was the hotel's location—just a short walk to the beach, which was fantastic for enjoying the ocean. Overall, it was a good night stay with a few minor areas for improvement."

"Super downtown! 5 minutes walk from the mall, very safe. The interior design of the hotel is very beautiful and modern. The room is small, but I can accept it for this location. The system in the room is controlled by an iPad, the system is very smooth, and there is Chinese, which is very considerate. The service attitude of the front desk guy is very good! No breakfast, buy it alone for 23 dollars, but there are many restaurants and cafes around. Recommended."

"Very good hotel, great experience, especially there is a free tram next to it, very convenient to the Bay Gardens, the river, the Bay Market, and Eighth Street. You can take the tram to the Government Center and take the Orange Line to the airport. The hotel has a beautiful view. I stayed in a city view room, the view is very beautiful. The room has IPA, you can control the lights and turn on the TV. Breakfast is from 6 to 11, during this period, no one cares about you, you can eat as much as you want. The hotel with the best experience during my stay in Miami."

"The service of the old brand hotel is very good! I booked it for the free shuttle bus! There is a hotel bus station outside the airport! I waited for the hotel shuttle bus there for a while and it was sent to the hotel smoothly! The fat shuttle bus driver was very good and took the initiative to help with the luggage and check in! Facilities: Although the hotel is relatively old, the facilities are very well maintained! Hygiene: Clean and tidy! The room attendants are very good and responsive! Environment: Good! After breakfast! Go out from the restaurant! The scenery is nice! Service: The front desk clerk is serious and responsible! Skilled in business! Very efficient!"

"The hotel is located close to the Inner Harbor and includes breakfast, which is pretty good. However, the rooms facing the main road are too noisy. I could hear the roar of motorcycles in the middle of the night and couldn't sleep well."

"We had a comfortable stay at this hotel. Although we had to wait for several hours before we were able to avail the early check-in (with a fee) overall we enjoyed our stay here. The location of the hotel is very near the airport and local transportation like bus and train terminals. The hotel itself is well maintained and clean. I loved the free self-service laundry! The room was cozy and homey. I loved the fully equipped kitchen as well! We can cook at our own convenience without breaking the bank of eating out all day 😅 The breakfast is good too though I wish they have variety or maybe change of menu at times. Overall, I recommend this hotel when going to Miami."
