This hotel is all about the design! Every corner is picturesque and worse Instagram! However rooms are tiny. The pool is great there and everything is in cute pink. You have to walk couple of blocks to get to the beach. And couldn’t find where is the hotel’s beach beds.

Others are very good, is that the room does not provide free mineral water a bit too much, only 6 US dollars a bottle. Such an expensive room rate, can't you give a free bottle of mineral water per person per day? Hotels higher or lower than them are given!

This hotel was very nice. However, there were no bright lights of any kind so at times, it was rather difficult to oversee things like makeup application, clothing imperfections, etc. Also, our room didnt have very many mirrors. The bathroom door slides open and closed but does not close all of the way. Everything else was sooo nice and beautiful! The location is perfect as it is close to every thing and easy to find for uber and lyft! The GSA Sofia was absolutely amazing!!! She was so helpful and accommodating!!!!

Apart from the lift being a bit old, location was great, very near Miami Beach and there were lots of food options around. Convenience store (CVS) was just a 4min walk away and both room and toilet is very clean and comfortable!

Our service at the beach was wonderful! Alejandra was an excellent server. It was a very relaxing atmosphere. They have great lounge chairs and umbrellas. You can rent larger lounge chairs and cabanas for the day, too. It was easy to access the beach directly from the Fontainebleau property.

This was my third stay at Eden Roc, fantastic hotel – However, my third stay has shifted my thoughts. The bedsheets had a stain on them and my room was left open by housekeeping (thankfully nothing was taken, I guess no-one entered but this is a huge concern) – I was told to take this up with management and that I’d be offered compensation for a future stay (although when calling the front desk / eden roc number it says they’re not available and only connects you with off-site staff…) Very disappointed as the previous stays were fantastic.

The location is not far from the beach. Although the hotel service is slow, this is the norm in the United States, and it is generally quite satisfactory. The free bicycles are not bad, you can ride around. I had the pleasure of experiencing unmatched hospitality from Dilip, who worked hard to ensure that our experience was perfect. He was waiting in the lobby when we arrived and arranged for us to be seated at the restaurant 15 minutes before it opened so that we would have plenty of time to make it to the cabaret show afterwards. He took us around the hotel and gave us a tour of all there was to offer. Thanks Dilip!

The environment is beautiful and the grade is acceptable. Unfortunately, there is no breakfast shop, so I have to go out to have breakfast by myself.
