It's the second time I've stayed~ the overall feeling is very good! My favorite hotel in Miami. There is nothing to say about the service, sanitation and aesthetic scenery. Praise praise praise. The restaurant is the barbecue of Francis Mallmann, the Argentine chef. It is worth a try. There is also an omakase that can be reserved. The ingredients are very fresh and creative.

Every interaction with FAENA employees , from the checkin to the bars, pool area, houskeeping, theater, and restaurants, was super PLEASANT. Every space is special, from the rooms, to the beach chairs, to the spa, to the halllways! Magical, cozy, luxurious, such a great vibe and feel in this grand hotel. FAENA is superb indeed in every way!

I went to faena to tree of life and I loved it !!! the place is so beautiful and filled with details. Service was amazing too! Our server was Nicole , she was so nice. Everything she recommended was 10/10. Definitely coming back next week for the truffle sliders she suggested. They were delicious

Allura at the Feana Theater isn’t just a show; it is an electrifying seduction of from the moment you step in the hotel. The art, the mammoth, and the members of the cabaret. The performers move with a wave like fluidity. So smooth, so elegant with such magnetic energy that you’re utterly transfixed. Each act teases and ignites. It’s a journey with a story, fun, dancing and freakishly beautiful acrobatics. Then there is Rocky, with a voice straight from the angels. She interacts with the audience and the goes on to stun them with her voice. The sound is done so well that you can hear the whispers and the crispness no matter where you are. Food is available throughout the show. Drinks as well. Allura is bold, daring and absolutely awesome. Absolutely unforgettable. Highly recommend as it is having its final show soon.

Amazing from the second we walked in! the most professional team and hosts in all Miami Beach, every detail was covered, the beach amenities were great, fast and courteous service thru our whole stay, outstanding time, will definately be back again! Thanks Faena!

Absolutely loved my stay at this Miami Beach gem! From the stunning decor to the impeccable service, every moment was a delight. Arriving early posed no issue; my room was ready and waiting, making check-in a breeze. Spent blissful days lounging by the pool and beach, with Jake, the attentive and friendly pool attendant, adding to the experience. Louis, equally charming and helpful, ensured every need was met with a smile. The level of service here sets a high standard for Miami hotels. Already counting down the days until I can escape the cold of NYC and return for another amazing stay!
