I have been to many hotels, there is something to compare with. I expected better, I think the price is very high. The room is strange, the sinks are in the hallway, there is a glass door to the toilet that does not close or lock in any way (that is, not for the shy). There was no hot water in the shower, I don’t know why. There were no bathrobes or slippers, no dental kit, and there wasn’t even drinking water in the room. The window opens 5 centimeters. The air conditioner does not correspond to the degrees, it is either very cold, or you can turn it off and it becomes stuffy. There is a mini coffee maker and some coffee in the room, but this is everywhere in the USA. Breakfast is a buffet, the choice is standard, no frills, but quite large. The problem is the number of people, the tables are always full, you even have to wait for a cup of coffee, the staff does not help with this. There are no coffee machines, and half an hour before closing the coffee may already run out and there will be no new one. It’s very stuffy at breakfast, even indoors, it feels like the air conditioning is not turned on. Nice little area but unfortunately there is no restaurant or public area overlooking the sea. There are plenty of sunbeds both on the beach and by the pool. Hotel on the beach, entrance from the sea using a room key, for some reason my card didn’t work sometimes.
There are no particular cafes or restaurants nearby, but there is a store within a 5-minute walk. The deposit can be left in cash, but then instead of $50 you need to leave $100, but it will be returned immediately upon check-out.
In general, all these disadvantages did not bother me and I had a great time in Miami, but I will definitely not return to this hotel.

Gorgeous view from rooms above the 7th floor! We enjoyed breakfast on the terrace, 5*. We also had dinner at the restaurant, very tasty! The beach is gorgeous!

The front desk team does not understand or execute a service culture. We stayed at the hotel for 4 days and on the first day informed the front desk that our televison was not functioning. They sent several maintenance people to check on it each time, the maintenance folks told us that there was nothing they could do to fix it. We asked to move and were told nothing available. We were told they would speak with management and get back to us- never heard a word. Upon check out, I asked if they would do anything on the invoice and was told that was not in their control. seems like not much is in their control. Need some service training.

By far the worse service with no accommodation for beach seating yet they charge for resort fees. When it was addressed the answer was "I just work here" "I donno" staff was rude and did not care when seating for pool and beach was addressed. Eye rolling and "checked out" staff....

Was a very relaxing stay for Mother’s Day
We enjoyed our stay, but our room was freezing. We were not able to adjust the air conditioner. And we didn’t find the heavy blankets in the closet till the following da :(
