I did the Daycation stay here and it was worth it because my flight didn’t leave till later in the evening. I had the best massage by Jennifer. Joe, Yira and Lourdes were awesome and welcoming by the pool. I would definitely come back here and would recommend it to others.

Amazing experience since I walked in! Friendly and caring staff! Front desk took care of me and were very understanding. The massage by Ricky was amazing and Barbara is so sweet and beautiful person! I’ll be back soon!

The staff at Carillon are all amazing. First greeted by Jostin at valet. So friendly and directed me to the spa. (valet was complimentary w/spa purchase) Alexa checked me in quickly. Helps to complete waiver sent the day before your appt. Alexa was as extremely sweet and answered all my questions. I was then greeted by spa attendants Ester and Barbara, who gave me a tour and assisted me throughout the day. They both exceeded my expectations. They treated everyone with the same amazing energy. I did the thermal circuit before my massage. Enjoyed rain forest showers and saunas were very relaxing. Lockers and complimentary toiletries, including shower caps and razors. They also offered brushes, lotions and use of blow dryers. If you forget anything just ask. I met with Hans. He’s an amazing person and had an incredible massage. Then went to the beach (complementary towel, beach chairs, umbrella) I also went to the pool. You can order food and drinks at the bar and beach. Beach and pool staff were wonderful. Headed back for another round in the thermal circuit and ended my day with a shower. Showers were stocked with shampoo, conditioner & body wash. I’d like to thank all the staff at Carillon. The service was exceptional. Can’t wait to return!

The Carillon is a true gem in Miami. The rooms are incredibly spacious, the food is wonderful, but it's the staff that makes this place a great place to be. The spa is amazing! There is an incredible array of technology and equipment! Dino was exceptional, hitting all his standards nearly perfectly! Such a skilled therapist and artist. He was welcoming and did an appropriate amount of pressure checks. He did temperature checks and ensured my comfort throughout the service. His techniques were consistent throughout the service, offering a unique experience. It was truly a wonderful experience!

What truly made my spa visit stand out was the exceptional service I received from the Cuban lady (don't remember her name) She possessed a remarkable kindness that made me feel instantly at ease, and her skill and attention to detail were simply great. It's rare to encounter someone who makes an experience so genuinely memorable, and I'm already looking forward to my next appointment.

I visited this resort to use their spa + wellness facilities, and let me say that the service was absolutely impeccable. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, the spa is a beautiful modern area, and the actual services were very private and relaxing. There are so many amenities here for everyone’s individual needs, so I would 100% recommend it to anyone planning on visiting Miami and Miami Beach!

My 2nd time here and the wife’s 4th time here at the Carillion and we just luv this resort. The rooms are extremely quiet, the staff has always been so perfect.
