Excellent hotel for a short or long stay in Miami Beach. The hotel's restaurant has excellent food and the hotel is very charming.
Spacious room with excellent bed. Only observation is that the sockets in the bathroom did not work. But nothing to get in the way. The hotel also did not provide plug adapters.

You can improve the cleaning in general and the beach service charge separately for the umbrellas that add another 20 usd per day total 40 usd

I rated this hotel stay as a 3 star mainly because the nights were extremely noisy with the room above until 3am and even outside street repair at 2am. The highlight was the bartender who was very personable and timely. Even he felt understaffed. The room wasn’t too bad but could have been cleaned better. Ran out of Kleenexes the first day and was never replaced. The side lamp bulb was burnt out and never replaced. The a/c was blowing directly on our faces. Both of us got colds. Restaurants around the hotel were overpriced and the food tasted so so. Loved the pizza place though. Service impeccable and food great. It was pizza though.

There is no parking for this hotel, the only options for parking is a lot that is $40 a day, or a parking area that is cheaper, but it is quite a walk back to the hotel. Wish I was informed of this prior to making my reservation. On ******* when I booked my reservation, the Resort fee was $88.92, but when I arrived, they charged me $100. The hotel was clean and very nice, but watch out for extra charges they don’t make visible.

The worse experience ever. I found a bug on the 2nd night and told the front desk. Ive been calling and emailing them about my terrible experience and no one is taking action. Im beyond upset and asking for refund. I have the pics and video of the bug for the proof.

Circa39 was just okay. It looked a lot nicer from the pictures. The heated pool was the best part. The restaurant was expensive for what it was. Rooms don’t have blackout curtains which I just do not understand at all. We had to switch rooms because our original room was right behind the kitchen and we were woken up at 6 am both days. They offer chairs and umbrellas, but you pay an additional fee for this. Personally, I would look elsewhere.

It was good. The room was nothing special but the pool was very nice and had a bar right next to it and they’d bring you drinks and food poolside. Walking distance to beach with chairs included. Bikes also on site. The restaurant was also cute with very good food. Would stay again.

The hotel is cute and comfy with the bar and fluffy couches adjacent to check-in. The pool is of a good size for a small property and is heated. The staff was very welcoming and friendly, in particular Gino and Paolo at registration and Hector at the bar. There was another guy who was friendly at check-in, but i didn't get his name. The room had a cool vibe and was functionally laid out. Lastly, the bed was comfy! This hotel is a great value with great people working within who care about their jobs and work to make a pleasant stay for the guests.

Such a cute hotel. Rooms are good sized and very clean property. Area is nice and walkable with beach just a block away. Wish we could stay longer!!
