Didn’t use none of the services if they had any. When I first got there couldn’t get inside the building cause I didn’t have a code to get in. No desk clerk or nothing had to call a number and they charged me an extra 150 deposit that I didn’t know had to be paid. Needed to be told that before hand ppl might not have that extra especially after I paid 700 for 2 days. But after that the room bed is extra hard they really need to fix that and the view was horrible didn’t see anything but back alleys. No microwave or fridge raider n the room. But great location as far as being close to the beach

A great little place tucked away. Don’t be put off by the bad reviews. I was very worried after I had read them and looked to cancel but so pleased I didn’t. This is like an air bnb, there is no reception you check in online get a code for the front door and your room and off you go. The rooms are really spacious and very clean. Lots of toiletries even make up wipes! There is a massive tv, fridge, clean towels and very comfy enormous bed. Yes there is a flight of stairs as you enter which you have to carry your cases up but it’s really no big deal. There is even a microwave in the little communal area.You are two minutes walk from the beach, and there is a Walgreens on the next block which is 24 hour. The location is great. Highly recommend this hotel.

My stay was great! I had everything I needed during my stay, communication with the online concierge was on point! very comfy beds. Clean spot. Close to everything. Will recommend to anyone looking in south beach.

The place was exactly as pictured - great location & beautiful hotel. I felt very comfortable staying here for a solo trip to Miami. I will surely return back here next time I visit Miami :) Would highly recommend!

Ithaca is a very nice property! Large comfortable rooms. The beach right at the location was amazing too. This was an excellent hotel at a very reasonable price. Wish we could stay longer. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Miami :)

Was excited to find a cute hotel, with great photos & reviews, that was so close to the beach. We were in for a shock. The only parking available was three blocks away. We had to walk, with our luggage, through sketchy hell. Then we got to the address, only to find a Tshirt shop. After making a few phone calls, we finally found the very small, dark entrance. We drug our luggage up the stairs, trying to be hopeful, only to find a dark hallway. (The lights were burnt out I assume) We opened the door and almost fell down. Whatever they clean the floors with is the most sticky substance. Even after we left the next day, I was slipping all over the airport floor. The room looked rough!! (See pics) Everything was very worn and dirty. The area outside the hotel was sketchy. I would feel safer walking down Bourbon in New Orleans, in the middle of the night, by myself. Even the beach in this area was filthy and littered in trash. A homeless man was washing his junk in the beach shower. (Not the hotels fault but still helpful with the stay) Coral Gables area would be a much better bet

In June 2020 I made a booking for 2 rooms for a stay in May 2021 (with the free cancellation option until May 4, 2021). I had to pay 100% for the 2 rooms in advance, which is not uncommon in the USA. The booking was made through ********* or its parent company? *******. I always book with a cancellation option for longer trips. In March 2021 we had to cancel the trip to the USA. I had a refund on my credit card within 72 hours from all hotels except this hotel. I even got a refund for the flight from Swiss within 4 days! The hotel refused to make the refund. Since I booked through *********, I asked them to take care of it too. In April 2021 I received a letter saying that the hotel was refusing to make the refund. The whole thing went back and forth with emails until the summer of 2021. In July, ********* wrote to me that the hotel had already made a refund in March 21 and that I should contact the hotel directly. When I asked for a refund receipt, I received no response. Then I lost my temper and handed the case over to my credit card company, where I also have travel/legal expenses insurance. In January 22, I received confirmation from my credit card company that the hotel bank had agreed and that the money would be credited to me. Unbelievable! How many customers have given up a long time ago? Luckily, I persevered. After all, it was about $1,300. What a pity. Based on the reviews, I would never have thought that this hotel would treat customers like this over $1,300. But hopefully the saying is true. Everything comes back in life.
